The page changed and broke up my back to back posts. Thought I would put them all together so anyone reading could get my point.

I just read Kewlj’s final farewell post at VCT. He said the casino and him came to a settlement. He can’t discuss the amount or the casino involved. He claims he mislead us about which casino it really was.

He’s leaving VCT for good and made some final statements.

Now is his chance to post a redacted document he claims he received for a settlement.

No question in my mind how much shit he is full of. I think the pressure he received recently from all his bullshit finally hit a nerve.

I don’t ever expect a single item of proof to ever come from him. Hopefully this is the final nail in his coffin that is overflowing with bullshit.

This was his only way out.

For the record, I didn't suddenly go all anti-"AP." The "APs" just started gabbing about sports betting once the usual "AP" stuff began drying up and more and more people started betting sports, it being legal and all now. And the "APs" talking about sports betting were so full of themselves while not really knowing what they were talking about, it was startling. Since sports betting was something that I could evaluate, it made me wonder how much bullshit was being cast about with stuff I wasn't expert.

You could have mentioned that I have $1198 in Loyalty Dollars at Northbet to balance your reporting. You helped do the math, remember, in determining how much wagering was required to accrue 1198 on that one site.

Maybe you could help blackhole out and do that Northbet math again for everyone. So how much did I need to wager to accrue 1198 in Loyalty Dollars? I seem to remember it was north of a sawbuck, but my memory fails me.

His hoax has now completed exactly how I said it would. Nothing about it can be confirmed, lots of his AP friends know all about it but they can be trusted not to say a peep without an NDA, and kew is running for the hills!

Come on V at this point you can’t still be thinking there is any truth to his lawsuit story. The ticking time bomb just blew up! in UNKewlJ's face.

UnKewlJ has to realize that it’s pretty easy to check records of lawsuits against MGM (Mandalay Bay), Silverton Casino LLC, M Resort (Penn Entertainment), Vici Properties, and any of the remaining “south of the Strip” properties, hell I even wasted a few minutes searching for very recent lawsuits again Boyd Gaming and El Cortez, two of the casinos UNKewlJ has pretended to play at over the years. No to mention the direct route of searching under his real name. Nothing, no relevant lawsuits came up.

And then the nonsense about the video of the incident being sent over quickly before any lawsuit was filed. The nonsense about a lawsuit being settled so quickly with the defendant stumbling over its feet to send larger and larger sums of money UNKewlJ’s way before even answering or before any discovery has been propounded.

Consider too how UNKewlJ kept pointing out that RobSinger couldn’t possibly have an NDA with a casino, and yet here UNKewlJ claims his settlement agreement states that he cannot “discuss the amount of the settlement, nor the plaintiff by name,” as if all this nonsense that he has already posted about being backroomed and roughed up to the point of a broken arm would not be details that would also be deemed confidential in any REAL settlement.

And all that is notwithstanding all the inconsistencies in his very UNKewl story from beginning to end about whether or not a judge was involved, how many days the defendant had to answer, mixing up plaintiff and defendant even after he supposedly has a settlement agreement in front of him that he signed and thinking that a judge has to approve the settlement, or that anyone other than the clerk has to sign off on a dismissal order, plus his backpedaling on his implying that the lawsuit was against South Point the same way he backpedaled from claiming that he is gay.

UNKewlJ is an unredeemed joke and everyone including himself knows it. This latest flop of a story has to make anyone who thought there was a possibility that UNKewlJ actually played blackjack and wasn’t just reciting things he read online and in books, step back and reconsider.

AcountInQuestion probably summed it up best with his This just seemed like a way for Kewl to cut and run from this whopper.

 

Given a substantive wager, I can provide a third party, say Dan Druff, with up close and personal proof, since I'll be in LV when Dan is there this summer.

 

I laughed so loud reading everything MDawg said about this kew hoax that my wife kept asking what was so funny!

But isn't this how liars operate? They concoct phony shit, if you say it's BS they start making up lies about you, eventually they rope in a sucker who'll tentatively support their story thereby building their confidence, but at the end of the day, their whole phony world always comes crumbling down.

This nonsense actually has a silver lining--it CONFIRMS how much of a concocted lie everything kew's blabbed about himself is.

I have no clue how well you did. How would I possibly know? I don't follow your betting which you do very little of letting people know what you bet. And I don't know anything about the USFL, don't watch it. Couldn't tell you one score.

 

Northbet has sportsbetting, race betting and slots. Were you playing all of them? How do you intend to prove the comp dollars came from sportsbetting and not slots?

 

Blackhole, ditz is pissed because AP's moved into sportsbetting to take advantage of the free money books started giving away a couple of years ago. Ditz' first take on it was AP's will get killed. But when AP's crushed it he changed to "Any idiot can do it."

One example, BH. A couple years ago Caesar's came with the $5000 free bet for new signups. There is roughly 50% equity for the bettor on that promotion, so worth about $2500 to a sportsbettor. So it would be worth twice that for a husband and wife. Throw in the parents, brothers and sisters, kids, hell even friends, and there is some pretty good jack to be made.

But here is another part of the story. CZR has casinos in 11 different states. At first you could make the $5K free bet in every jurisdiction that had sports betting. So anyone willing to travel crushed it. And many did. CZR got hit hard.

So they changed the rules to where you got only one 5K free bet system wide. They had to change the rule or continue to get crushed. This is just one example. Other books are doing the free bet thing. There's money to be made.

So ditz is pissed at all these "amateur sportsbettors" moving into his territory. The thing is, AP's have never said they have become professional sports bettors. All they are doing is what they've done their entire careers, taking advantage of weak spots in the casino's propositions.

Here's the thing. Ditz can't move into other areas of gambling and take advantage of promotions because he doesn't know how. AP's have been working promotions in all areas of gambling for many moons. Moving into sports betting to take advantage of promotions is a no brainer to them. It's easy enough to do. Ditz said so himself.
