Feedback It has come to my attention that the moderator/admin of bet selection dot cc forum is here trolling

We are aware that John Blerg is trolling.

We have issued member John Blerg several infractions over the last few weeks which have painfully slowed down his access to our site on more than one occasion.

We have also messaged them directly to make them aware that we know they are trolling.

As an uncensored forum, we allow members like John Blerg to post as long as they respects our rules. Our uncensored nature also allows members like you to warn others about what you believe the trolls and scammers are up to, as long as you too respect our rules.

The game John Blerg seems to be playing now is getting close to the line of our rules but trying not to cross them while riling up other members to get them to cross the line and break our rules so they get sanctioned instead of him.

We are aware of all of this.

The way to deal with a troll is for other members to:

1) Put them on ignore and not give them the reaction they are seeking. If they don't get the reaction they are seeking, then they will eventually stop trolling.

2) Warn others (respectfully, without getting riled up and breaking our rules ) about what you believe the troll is up to. This ensures others don't fall victim to the troll and realize what the troll is up to.

3) Report all the trolls posts that violate our rules where they are either trolling or doxxing members or some other rule violation so that we can give them sanctions and slow down their access so that their trolling requires significantly more time and effort each time.


Replying to John Blerg by getting upset, insulting them, or otherwise showing them your anger is the exact type of response trolls like John Blerg are seeking. We would not be surprised if they smirk, smile, or even laugh when they read such reactions. Don't give them that satisfaction. Don't feed the troll.

Instead, simply state the same but without cursing, without calling John Blerg names, just post it in a very matter-of-fact way such that you do not break the rules, they do not get the reaction they wanted (of seeing their targets or others upset), and others are warned about the trolls antics.

This will force the troll to up their trolling and cross the line of our rules more frequently, thus receiving more sanctions, to the point where they will eventually give up since they won't be getting reactions out of other members and their continued attempts require more and more effort due to the sanctions and slow downs they keep receiving to the point where it no longer becomes worthwhile for them to troll.

All that being said, we would be willing to have a community-wide vote to determine whether member John Blerg should be tagged as a troll and if the vote receives a super majority (>66.66%) in the affirmative, than we will add a tag to their profile appearing in all their posts classifying them as a troll so that others don't have to chase them around to keep warning others that they cannot be trusted.

How does that solution sound?
