As far as McDonalds being able to absorb a small loss in business. Who made you the arbiter as to how much business a private citizen should be able to cause a business to lose. And if you didnt "get it". the comment was directed at showing the hypocrisy of a man that crys foul about people disrespecting his site, yet will disrespect someone else's business.

As far as names used....i didnt see you complain when Alan M was called Schizophrenic without a penalty. So please spare me the crying about being more civil. It seems if you call a person on the right side of issues "a genius" in a sarcastic way...that is grounds for penalty....yet call someone on the wrong side of an issue..."schizophrenic" and its not that bad....all is well..if the person chooses to be insulted thats his problem.

I agree with freddy. Brush up on the facts and come back. How can anyone debate with comments like ...i didnt see that, or show me the link or i am not aware........blah blah blah. Come back more well armed and we can talk.

 

the only thing I disagree with is that I do feel people will leave. The vocal few will stay. But as we see from the numbers, there is a silent majority who just continue to go away without any announcement or fanfare.

Husband of the year saw the comment as did beached whale. They both posted in the thread just after those comments and could not have missed it. By their silence, their non action, they were okay with it. Enter manboy 24 hours after the fact, most likely in a bad mood, and a 7 day ban is imposed. Maybe he was impaled on his unicycle, maybe a half naked crackhead "entertainer" spurned his advances. Maybe Josh Chan finally told him to do the work that he agreed to do per the terms of the site's sale.

A little background. EB is EvenBob a disgusting piece of waste that should be thrown on the compost pile and forgotten about. EB is the top poster by count and the bottom by quality. EB has said in hundreds of posts that he and his wife live in separate homes on the same property and that they can't stand each other. That's where RS got it from.

The numerous references by EB make it fair game. Anyone can see that the words in question were not an insult at all. At the most it was light banter between two people that know each other. Normal ribbing. Nothing whatsoever that called for even a verbal warning, let alone a skipped step right to 7 days.

Okay, RS. I laid it out for you. I did all the research. Do tell us your thoughts on this. Did you deserve it? And don't give us the WOV whitewash answer. Tell us how you really feel about that stab in the back.

is jbs crazy? Chan bought all the sites that he owns. There is nothing free in this world. Included in the price was woo, wov and others. If the others werent in the purchase...the price would have been less. So yes he did purchase wov. Its cost is included in the aggregate price he paid for the whole ball of wax.

Wov is another platform for advertising that is worth money to anyone purchasing it. And hence money paid for it. The money of Chan.
