After it hits the manboy that he is exposed as someone who plays favorites and screws with people at whim.......romes lets him off the hook.
The manboy is the cause of this whole blowup by punishing for "truce violation"...wtf. And then nuking for posting info on another site.
All new "violations" deserving punishment. Add those new ones to "welshing on a bet"...another created law demanding punishment. And then there is another reason for nuking called the "we all know why" reason...which was my offense.

Manboy, you have done "what you could do to do the right things"........who the Fk is Romes kidding. Manboy has a history of doling out punishment for nebulous reasons. Not paying a bet? where were these people complaining???...... when dozens and dozens of others were treated equally unfairly. All of a sudden now they are upset at behavior that has been going on for a long long time.

1BB was one of the most honorable guys on WoV. He had nothing to gain by sticking up for people that were wronged but he did so because it was the right thing to do.

1BB gave cogent arguments yet guys like (R)eally (S)tupid didn't give a shit about people who were wronged. They weren't his friends so he couldn't care less........

exactly what this thread is about. We recognized way way back, that the manboy and his band of manlike creatures were making poor business decisions. They were looking to resolve "having a bad day" by getting some sort of sick joy in punishing customers.

That is not a good recipe for growing a business. Its a recipe for turning a thriving website into a clubhouse for a select few. Heck manboy and his band of manlike creatures dont even look at it as a business with customers. They still refer to it as mikes place with guests.

It IS a business and when you constantly punish customers your get a loss of customers.....you see that with the new member daily counts. That doesnt happen overnight. Consistent punishing of customers leads to animosity. How can a business be successful based on a foundation of punishment and shaming(the manboy feels the suspension list is a shaming tool)

What successful business can survive where a shaming tool is at the center of its universe.

So KJ2 is just summing up what is said here.

Meanwhile QFIT has gone on and on as if he owns the site on how he was wronged, and even got beached whale to threaten him with a nuking.

How many people in the past has received this type of special treatment. First QFITS nemesis is nuked, and then he is allowed to take over the thread, get multiple warnings form a mod, and still walk survive. And this is a dude that has rare posted there for years. Just walked in 10 days ago to start up a feud. And he is still standing in the nuclear aftermath.....where the manboy looks soooooooooooooooo unfair and egomaniacal

KJ2 also points out that the post where he was supposedly quoting a PM with the manboy on another site was posted 6 hours BEFORE THE PRIVATE PM OCCURED.....so it really wasnt a release of info from a private conversation. OOOPS manboy......

The list of members who have visited today shows Chan, Zuga and a guy called brancolcb. All in green. The lcb at the end of that name obviously refers to the big site that they run.....over 80,000 members. WOV is peanuts compared to that. Maybe these guys have a plan. Every now and then a new name in green shows up......quiet.....watching. Usually a European type name......the boss's guys. The clean up crew?

Not only should manboy be fired like he was at the Venetian, he should have to refund some of the cash he got. He's not doing his job and has become a liability.

Why would he think the owners of the sites would give a rat's ass about mountain climbing and unicycles? Is that what he thinks they kept him around for? On a site, a business, run on gambling? He wasn't hired to write about those things.

And the one thing they should take away is...........what has happened in the last couple of days is nothing new. It has been going on for as long as I can remember. It is not an aberration....it is the norm.

The definition of spam is obviously used incorrectly over there and everyone knows it. Manboy, beached whale and husband all manipulate it to fit their agenda. Their vastly different interpretation of spam changes by the minute.

What about all the self promoting game designers who joined just to get noticed? There are quite a few. Or the guy that calls himself doctor while promoting books and web sites? Spam? I think so. The only ones who care are the other game inventors. They're only there to keep an eye on each other.

Many have been here since the beginning grasping at straws, hoping for a miracle. Poor Teddy bear dutifully flies to Vegas several times a year only to receive the same bad news. Sorry, Teddy. Try again next year. And so it goes. There have been a couple that have been successful. Good for them but the rest keep falling flat on their face. Beached whale inventing a game? Buzz? Really?

On a different note, there is another mod over there who was appointed by manboy. Face always flies under the radar. Complete nut job but the guy knows how to run a forum. No kid games or gotcha from him. If they were all like him the board would thrive. No idea why he wastes his time there. I think the other mods are scared of him.
