Misc WizardOfVegas Forum is Dying

I'll admit to making light of it, but if you're referring to, "Weakest link," that has nothing to do with deriving pleasure from the actual banning.

As far as the Forum goes, I derive pleasure from having a topical gambling forum with coherent and meaningful content. What that entails, of course, is subjective. Were it 100% my call, I'd relax a few rules (No profanity) and would strengthen/create a few rules (Topicality). However, I think the current and ongoing result is excellent and am glad to have the opportunity to be responsible for that in a very small way.

In my two visits to Vegas since knowing Wizard, I have not been to his home. I was invited twice, though circumstances led to each of us changing plans on one occasion apiece. I've seen him multiple times on my trips to Vegas. I also enjoy the casino atmosphere, especially when in Vegas, so while I would accept an invitation to his house, I'd prefer to hang out with him in a casino, anyway.

Yes, it's a fair question, I suppose. I don't know what the purpose of it is, though.

I just noticed a new admin on WOV...BralasLT. Probably another one from LCB there to talk up online gambling. I wonder if he's drawing the same salary as the other mods. Wouldn't it be great if he came to replace one of the existing, incompetent, biased, clueless, mentally deficient mods? Manboy's tenure will be over soon. Maybe they're getting ready to clean house.

Not to worry....there's still plenty of fodder coming from the once powerful cult. Too bad the WOV censors don't permit this thread or forum to be mentioned over there. Someone could start a thread called "WizardOfVegas Forum Is Dying Thread is Dying".

 

Perhaps "run it's course" was a bad choice of words? It's a ghost town here for sure. If I wasn't out of town with little to do while waiting for my GF to get ready, I wouldn't have even checked in.

this thread had some momentum for a while, but the novelty has now wore off, in the end everyone always ends up back at good old WOV. Hell, even the WOV haters obsess about WOV and everything going on there. Where will I get my weekday(a few haters suspiciously took the same exact days off)dose of WOV hate?

It is too bad that the founding WOV haters could not take that momentum and make a place here with some other good members of the community. A place for other interesting unconcerned topics and conversations. Unfortunately they attacked too many people and turned a lot of people off and made is an us vs them type of thing.

Well look who it is, the cult's current favorite whipping boy, Nathan. Just popping up like a grubby worm that just pierced the soil. Here's a picture about Nate that wittle axel might like being that he's so obsessed with them.

 

The AxleWolf Detective Agency is hot on the trail of Kentry/Dean/Nathan. Not doing so good though. Nathan has been a member for going on 6 months now and nobody can figure out how to get rid of him. He's cool, calm, collected and even tempered. The best of WOV continue to come after him with everything they've got but they are no match for Naughty Nathan as they continue to embarrass themselves.

He is harassed, baited and insulted by the same handful of cultists who try to protect their site from this bad, bad man. The *cough* fair and unbalanced mods continue to ignore this mistreatment of a member in good standing. Some of the most disgraceful mods on the entire net. They have to be careful this time....unlike the railroading that Kentry got because some members with influence got to Mission/Fierce/Pavlov and made him ban Kentry for a non offense. It's a little different now because everyone is watching. Fierce will have to get a little more creative and it doesn't look like he's up to it.

For the top WOV detectives over there: who do you think new member "Ernesto" is? Do you really need a hint?

 

The keep redefining clueless over at WOV. You can't make this stuff up.....unless you are Mission/Fierce. Then you can make up anything you want. This time the mighty mod bans member "Kratchik" telling the board he was former member "Statman". No clue, no evidence....just pulls Statman out of thin air to impress daddy Wizard. It wasn't Statman.

A little background. Statman was smarter than most of the followers over there and you know how that ends. Not with a debate. No back and forth, no give and take, no exchange of ideas and opinions. Nope. Just a ban. Statman is one of 2 people so despised by manboy that he went out of his way to say that they would NEVER be back. The other is KewlJ.

It doesn't take a detective to realize who Kratchik is. Very obvious. But it looks good to just throw it out there that it's Statman. Get a few brownie points from manboy. Beyond absurd. And no one questions it. That's why people get away with this crap.

So yeah, I guess you can make this stuff up.

 

I didn't make anything up, you have a Member who references DorothyGale's, "Sweet words to me," meaning him, and then he quotes something that DorothyGale said to Statman. For anyone who can read, that is basically him saying he is Statman, given that is who DorothyGale was referring to in the quotes that he said were said to him.

Do I know that he is Statman 100%? No. Do I need to know that? No. He said he is Statman, if Nathan goes on there and says, "I am 1BB," (I'm not saying he is, just throwing something out there) then he will be nuked for multi-accounts and being a previously banned member.

Interesting that of all the examples 1bb just pops into your head. You guys really miss him don't you? I guess it's no coincidence that most of the people that you allow to harass Nathan think I'm 1BB. They've also claimed that I'm Kentry, Dean, Nathan, Aimee, Larry and MrV among others.

Keep gunning for Nathan. Keep taking orders from the munchkins. Keep willfully neglecting your mod duties by allowing the mistreatment of some while letting others return at will. Did I say allow? How about encourage or put them up to it?

Tell everyone why you banned Kentry again. While you're at it, tell everyone why the cowardly Wizard banned 1BB....another "you know why" just like Larry?

 

I wonder where 1bb is these days. It seems to me he would have popped up in other gambling forums by now.

 

I couldn't care less is Nathan is or is not Kentry and company. I dont care if he gets banned or is around forever. He starts quite a few nonsense boring threads talking about his obsession with slots or whatever but. sometimes he is entertaining, so its a wash. Their socketeering seems like mostly harmless nonsense.

 

A lot of people think First Base Blackjack is Freddy, but I disagree.

 

You seem to tolerate Nathan/Kentry and make light fun of it,(HAIRCUT) but WIzardOfNothing on the other hand,is completely obsessed with him and loses sleep over it !!!
