Why not start with how many at WOV (or VCT) are even playing much at all, and not just commenting on what others do.

Who has been in the trenches throwing down millions a week for pushing five months straight now? MDawg.

I wouldn't start with that because anybody can play. Few can win lifetime, and that's the question I was asking.

Expert gamblers who lose are losers. Doesn't really matter what jargon they write, or what pics they post. If they lose, they lose.

As far as you're concerned, I see you as a bit north of middle of the road. I'm friends with a guy who pumped through a million in blackjack play in 48 hours to make Black at Pechanga. He certainly bets more than you, and it's no big deal. There are many, many sports bettors who put considerably more into play in a day than you do. I've been hanging out with them for 40 years.

So the question about putting money into play isn't very important. The son of a sheik outranks everyone, by that metric.

The question is, who wins? That's what I asked kewlJ.

You'd be surprised at how little it takes to achieve the million dollar handle you mention your friend achieved in 48 hours. I have achieved over a million dollar handle in just one night of blackjack play.

Let's figure say at Baccarat. Sixty hands in one hour, average say a thousand a hand (which, lately, sometimes my average is more like two or three or even five thousand at times), that's $60000 handle per hour passed through the circle. Fifteen hours of play @ 1000 and you have your million dollar handle. At $3000. average, sixty hands an hour, $180,000. handle per hour passed through the circle. Six hours of play - million dollar handle.

As far as winning, why ask anyone other than the player himself? Yes, sure, anyone may claim to be a winner, but who, other than MDawg has backed it up not just with three years of actual logged in video of casino WIN statements, hundreds of thousands of dollars of casino issued verified win checks, but also a WOV witnessed winning session? Certainly, an infinite degree of proof more than anyone else has provided in the history of these forums.

When someone is suspended on WoV their name is removed from the Top Contributor list until the suspension is over. How childish. With EeveBob/Spikes name gone AxelWolf is now number 1....speaking of childish. Hookers and blow...right Axel?

Fleastiff is now number 2 despite not logging in for almost 9 months. I believe he's been ill and many think he may have passed away.

I also find the Suspended=Removed from The Top Contributor List," weird as hell. Being Suspended should have no bearing on the Top Contributor List.... This could get REALLY confusing to a Newbie who wonders why Evenbob is suddenly the Top Contributor today(After his Suspension is over)when it was just Axelwolf yesterday.

LOL. First of all, let's debunk this whole casino win statements nonsense. Maybe nobody else realizes it, but casino win statements are not accepted as legal tender -- by the IRS. If you read the disclaimers regarding casino win statements, you'll find that not only are they not to be used by the IRS, the dates that frame the statements are at the discretion of the casino, which (with bigger players) could obviously be at the request of the player.

In other words, and let's not put too fine a point on this, any player of a certain status should be able to wrangle whatever statement he wants, given that there is no law overseeing those statements. Properly motivated, a casino employee could generate whatever statements he wanted without getting into any legal trouble.

I mean, it's pretty obvious that when it comes to larger players, any casino employee or any casino period would bend over backwards to provide any decent sized degenerate whatever statement fit the client's needs.

So then we get onto your second logical hurdle, which is that you are providing statements that claim you won without anyone verifying that those were the only places and times that you played. That would be like me giving you a list of all my football winners while conveniently neglecting to provide all of the wagers. I mean, the concept that this is some kind of verification is ridiculous.

As they say on ESPN, c'mon, man! This is grade school braggadocio on your part. It doesn't take more than rubbing two brain cells together to debunk this junk. It's silly.

From the way he spoke and how completely out of it he seemed to be, I wouldn't be surprised if he bit the dust. I'm guessing he was mid 70s, very obese, diabetic and was losing his marbles. Strange fellow, never made much sense. Everyone picks on Spike, but he blows Fleastiff out of the water by comparison.

All you'd have to do is come to Vegas and play some high limit table games to see how accurate these WIN statements are. Or to learn, as AllenMendelson did, that checks are cut only for verified pit winnings. Or to see the MDawg in winning action as the Wizard did. In the meantime, you should stick to making inanely INaccurate comments from someplace so remote that I've never even heard of it. How many miles from Graceland are you again? Just come to Vegas, play some table games, and then comment.

Let's face it - no one on the 'net has provided the back up the MDawg has - and why? If it were meaningless or easily faked you'd see this level of proof from all over, and yet - you do not.

Basically you're off too with your "where else might you have played." I have provided WIN statements after the fact at each year's end for every casino I have ever even MENTIONED playing at. If I'm psychic enough to know in advance not to mention the casinos where I might lose in the future, you'd best bow down to the great MDawg for even more reasons than that he is simply a winner.

Mdawg, you are so full of crap. On the other forums you were on, there is not a single person left that believes your nonsense (except one sockpuppet), so I guess you are in need of a new audience to peddle your nonsense to. I don't know the makeup of the members of this forum, but being a gambling forum, I would guess, there is enough knowledge about gambling and how gambling works that few here will buy your nonsense either. I suppose you will move to anorther forum with these same claims after this.

So the facts are, regarding casino win statements, Redietz basically covered it. These statements are so easily doctored and made phony that the IRS won't accept them. They are worthless. You can print or get printed anything you want. Means squat. Last year on another forum, there was a guy so hell bent on proving his winning claims (which included that he bought a 1.5 million dollar RV with his winnings), that he went to an RV dealership, posing as a perspective buyer, went inside an RV, right there on the dealership floor and took pictures of himself in a RV, pretending it was his. These are the lengths these people will go to, so does anyone think Mdawg won't show some phony and doctored win statements? Please!

Now if you are anxious to show some real documentation that means something, how about some IRS tax forms showing your gambling wins for the last several years. I don't normally suggest this of anyone, but you seem so anxious to prove you have won what you claim. So do it. How about you show Shackleford your IRS taxes???

Now speaking of Shackleford, for anyone that doesn't know, Michael Shackleford, The wizard of the Wizard of odds gambling site and forum, witnessed 1 session of Mdawgs play. The session was a winning session, somewhat smaller than most of Mdawgs claims. But here is the thing: Mdawg made Shackleford promise not to talk about it as a condition. So Shackleford isn't allowed to say what he really things. I suspect if unmuzzeled, Shackleford would say that Mdawg is playing some sort of progression system, which will result in many small wins, but over the longrun, is a losing system, which by the way is where Mdawgs thread is located on WoV, in the losing system/voodoo section. So how about you start by releasing Shackleford to tell what he witnessed? No, you won't do that.

What else? Oh verified checks by the casino: No one is doubting Mdawg is a high stakes player. He comes from a wealthy family and has family money to gamble. And he gambles high stakes. No one is disputing that. What is in dispute is all the winning. Mdawg tells you about all the winning sessions, but conveniently leaves out most of the losing. So for every session that he wins, he has chips and as they accumulate, he can ask for a casino sheck for those chips representing the winning sessions. That is what he is doing and and then shows the checks as some kind of proof of winnings. But they don't account for all the losing sessions. Every player here and on any forum is a winner, if you only count the winning sessions. Again, this guy thinks no one knows how casinos work.

The rest of his "story", he has been in Las Vegas for 5 months, winning over half a million dollars and the casinos have comped him highend suites for 5 months now, and other high end freebies, NHL playoff tickets ect. Mdawg claims the casinos don't care that he is winning and has won half a million. That the dealers and pit all tell him, he is the best player they have ever seen. So I ask anybody that knows Las vegas and the casino industry....is that how it works? They don't care about winning players and will continue to not only tolerate such players, but comp them high end suites for months at a time? Of course not. By this time, any casino he is playing would have called in experts to determine how he is winning. And they would have already stopped the freebies.

This "story" is just some fictional fantasy. It really is. He is hell bent of people thinking he is the greatest bacarat player ever. It's nonsense.

Nareed is the number 6 all time WoV poster. Okay...so what? In the last 6 years, Nareed has only made 3 posts!

Oh...here is Nareed's signature" "Donald Trump is a fucking criminal." It's always the foreigners isn't it?

Tell us, Weak Wizard, wouldn't that be a political statement? Herr DICKtator has forced some to change avatars he didn't like but... he leaves this?

Just for gordonm888, I'm thinking of changing my avatar to a naked double amputee. You know...like he says he wants to have sex with.

MDawg, if you'll notice, did not address the basic fact that casino statements are not legal proof of anything. They verify nothing. The accuracy of "casino statements" is not required by law. In fact, I'm not even sure it's required by regulation. So they are basically worthless as verification of anything. They prove nothing.

I'm a long way from Graceland. Some 440 miles, to be precise. That, however, doesn't alter the fact that I have spent more time in Las Vegas lifetime than MDawg. LOL. And it probably isn't close. Try 90-100 days a year for 30 years. That's, let's do the math, and include those years I wasn't there 100 days, somewhere north of 3000 days. That's what happens when you're there for entire football seasons

Casino win statements are as legally valid as proof as your MMMS card (Merry Marvel Marching Society).

The new KJ troll policy. cool.png

And deservedly so. What kind of stool pigeon does what this peice of shit just did. People end up face down in a swamp with an extra hole or two in their head for this kind of squeeling bullshit

DanDruff: I suppose you dont consider this a threat of violence? You allow vugarity and people to puff up their chest behind a cell phone. But let one person say "okay, back it up" and then you play the TOV card.

What did you expect Dan? Id really like to know.

Yeah, let's examine some of the legal acceptance and presumed veracity of casino win/loss statements:

https://www.morrellawpllc.com/tax-preparation-and-resolution/why-the-irs-hates-casino-win-loss-statements/#:~:text=The IRS hates casino win/loss statements for two, disallow the usage of most casino win/loss statements.

    https://www.morrellawpllc.com/tax-p...s-tax-court-hates-casino-win-loss-statements/

And so on, and so on. I suggest all interested parties simply look it up for themselves to see the LACK of presumed veracity of casino win/loss statements.

And I apologize for pointing out to MDawg that I've spent somewhere north of 3000 days in Las Vegas as a non-resident. I've tried to figure out how many of those days were actually staying in various casinos and have arrived at a figure of maybe 800 or so. I spent considerable time staying at the Convention Center Lodge, which was a guest lodge directly across the strip from the Stardust. Many lower echelon folks running errands from Chicago and New York who had business at the Stardust stayed there back in the day. Of course, since the Convention Center Lodge was not a casino, I did not include it in the 800 casino days.

MDawg, this stuff is common knowledge. Who you tryin' to fool, baby?
