New mod gordonm888 gets his feet wet and issues his first suspension. Break out the champagne! Oh, it was as bogus a suspension as there ever was but old Gordy is now in the game. Redietz made a joke about Branson hookers. Everyone knows it was a harmless joke...gordon knows it too. But wait...gordon is a mind reader. He got into redietz's mind and saw that it wasn't a joke. I mean.. Weak Wizard is always talking about hookers. For a while his trip reports had a hooker section. He even hired some to show him around once.

Wasn't it gordon who posted on WoV that he wanted to have sex with a double amputee, twin sisters and a midget? Now I am offended. I think midget is a derogatory term these days.

 

Here's another thread started by gordenm888 on WoV. Let's call them "Gordon's gems." This is a stupid thread with an equally stupid poll. And we thought Weak Wizard was the only one to make stupid polls. Here it is.

"If the 2016 presidential race came down to a pole dance competition, which of the candidates would be the hottest?" He lists Sanders, Hillary, Rubio, Carly Fiorino and others.

"I voted for Carly" gushes Gordy. "She's 61 and I have to give her credit for keeping her slim figure. Much better than the pear shaped Hillary Clinton." Oh...Weak Wizard chose Marco Rubio.

If only Hillary was a double amputee...right Gordy? Where's #MeToo Blabs when you need her?

Do you mind if I quote some of your quotes in my response when I get off suspension? You see, three members of my immediate family were quadriplegics, and believe it or not, that double amputee "humor" by gordy offends, sickens, and nauseates me. I realize that quadriplegics and double amputees are not the same thing, but it's the freak show nature and power trip nature of the "joke" that sickens me.

As for the suspension, if you read between the lines over at WoV, my continual paper cuts at the forum rules logic (or lack thereof) seem to have endeared me to OnceDear, so when OnceDear gave me an opening in that thread, I had to respond. He knew I'd take a crack at it.

Maybe Wiz wants gordon to hang out with me -- LOL -- because whether gordon knows it or not, I live 90 miles down the interstate from him. I think I'll invite him for lunch. No problemo -- I'll come to him, and I'll pick up the tab. Let's see how he responds.

And you know, I also have some thoughts regarding the Spring Fling. Might be time to invite myself.

Not at all. I have my niche. I post only to debunk some WoV asininity, which is actually more of a full-time job than moderating.

So when the final tally is done, I'm hoping to have the record for most suspensions per post. How I manage that is none of my posts actually break any rules, so they're stuck inventing things that don't really fly as reasons to suspend. Why do you think they've decided "squabbling," which is completely subjective, is a rules infraction, and "trolling," which has no specific definition (because God knows MDawg is trolling that site) gets called into play when all else fails?

And I am serious about the double amputee "humor" sickening me. My aunt, uncle, and mother all were quadriplegics. If the guy who posts that stuff is a moderator, what kind of perverse forum are they shooting for at WoV?

 

If Boz were still posting there, he would blow both you and KJ out of the water, suspensions per post wise. I'm sure good ol Boz will soon make a cameo appearance, he's long overdue

 

Redeitz...of course you may quote me. I'd be honored. That humor has no place on that "gambling forum" or anywhere else. Gordon has already told the board that he can't spend 24/7 reading posts on other boards. Translation: he's going to pretend he doesn't read this thread and hope it goes away. Newsflash...this is the first place WoV mods come when they start the day...good old GF. What little we've seen so far certainly disqualifies him to moderate anything except maybe a midget sex site.

The guy that appointed Gordon is just as weird as he is so Gordo is a natural fit at "Mike's House." By the way, I don't look at the DT site that often but was quite surprised to see that the mod from across the pond also moderates that board. Has Dunce Dear no self respect?

 

You are correct. Boz is HOF material for suspensions per post. I will have to come up with a side category, like most suspensions per post without breaking any rules or something like that.

Squabbling is a mild word for a discussion that isnt in complete agreement with KJ. So on one hand I could see OnceDear's point. But on the other hand, the Discussion about Suspensions II list is the 2nd thread and it's grown to 398 pages.
Today they are squabbling in that thread...AND it's about how they agree. Plus so little time to be on forums. Well boo friggin hoo.

KJ posted about his frustration about not being able to write about an experience last night.

Do the math. 75% dont care 20% only want to hear something bad happened. 5% actually give a rip.

The Discussion About the Suspension List you refer to is the second such list. The first list was started on Dec 25, 2010 by Herr DICKtator and was closed by Bitch Bum Blabs on March 3rd, 2016.

How many pages was that one? A mere 810. How sick are they over there?

I don't agree often with Tater or Moses or whatever personality he is today , but he is spot on about with this. "Squabbling", as a suspendable offense is ridiculous. I can point to any one of half dozen threads that 2, 3, 4 members are continually going back and forth, usually one is Mdawg or his sock pupper Marcus mucus vs several other regular posters.

Squabbling is simply a discussion and that is supposed to be what the forum is about. Neither moses nor I said anything offensive that would qualify as a personal insult. If we did, we would have been suspended for that, instead of making up rules for "squabbling".

Not so fast my friend. Mission "statement" is to ask a question and say "he doesnt want to hear it." Then follow up with 10 more questions. He did mention he is a crack head. That would explain alot.

 

Mission is VERY intelligent, knows a lot about many forms of AP, is a great writer(I'm not) even though he DRAGS his posts on too LONG oftentimes (hint KJ) and is a very good poster overall. That being said, he's a horrendous judge of character and is not fooling anyone with some of the statements he repeatedly makes. Not caring about anything being his favorite go to, along with deny and deflect tactics. I enjoy reading most of his non marathon posts overall, even if I don't agree with many things he does or says. He appears to be fairly thick skinned and has undoubtedly been through a lot in his life, including battles with the bottle. Overall he's an interesting guy.
