For crying out loud Kewlj, I’m sorry the word homeless meant so much to you. I did use the word in the form of an adjective, “on the verge of being homeless” simply because that’s usually what comes after the tin cup.

What was interesting about your unfortunate young days about being homeless is you’re the third person that I recently now know of who came forward about being homeless prior to starting a successful AP career. You, Darkoz, and M.C.

I find it strange that you AP’s who act like secret service agents are willing to make thousands of posts a year on gambling forums of all places. Kewlj said quote - “And no one's got to prove anything. It's a message board and there is anonymity involved. If there wasn't I wouldn't share my experiences....it would be too risky.” No wonder Kewlj got robbed. It seems AP’s are willing to take that risk just to brag about themselves, since it appears they offer nothing else. I know not in your case Kewlj, you take these chances and share your opinions and experiences with the hopes of helping some adolescent rookies climb the ropes.

Listen, I’m not here to pick a fight with anyone but will defend my opinions. My opinions of what took place are exactly no different than anyone else opinions of what took place. These accusations of me making up things just to smear someone are baseless simply because your views and opinions are different than mine. I don’t know anyone on these boards and just don’t agree with a lot of what’s being said. I’m open for discussions, but don’t start calling me a liar and accuse me of making shit up because I don’t agree with you. You guys put all this nonsense out there, and I’m just joining in based on what I’m reading. I certainly didn’t write where all this unconfirmed information came from.

I stand by my previous opinions until someone can provide actual facts to discredit it. Making assumptions about someone or something that was anonymously put out there for all to read leaves the door wide open for rebuttal. Even Kewlj’s little reprimand above comes with no confirmed facts, just additional assumptions based on what he’s reading on a forum for 4 years.

P.S. If someone was a compulsive gambler in 99% of the cases they keep it hidden especially if exposing it could put at risk what little they still may have left. Many people are shocked after learning about someone they thought they knew.

Really....is that the way it works? You can make anything you like up to smear someone and it is up to them to discredit it?

If I say you are gay, or I say you beat your wife and kids, or I say are a tax cheat or I say you are a drug addict, or I say you are a child molester, without offering one iota for the basis of that accusation, that is not an 'opinion', it's just a baseless smear. I just don't think it is right to smear someone's name just because you don't like them.

Saying Shackleford is a gambling addict is just such a baseless smear unless you have something to legitimately base that on, which I haven't heard yet.

Again there is plenty to be critical of with Shackleford. Dishonest, untruthful, two-faced, ego-maniacal, self absorbed are all legitimate critiques based on his actions and words. I propose his official title be changed to "Weasel of Vegas".

While I wouldn't go so far as to agree with the renaming, if you INSIST on renaming, "Lizard of Vegas" has a nice ring to it.

    4. Lizard of Vegas

Does anyone else have any favorite pet names?

Why does everyone think I’m smearing Mike because I don’t like him? I haven’t a clue of who the real person is.

If I discussed on an open forum about myself being gay, beating my wife and kids, tax cheating, drug abuse, child molesting, you certainly have a right to express your opinions and assumptions be them right or wrong about me based on what your reading. (By the way Kewlj, wow, loosen up a bit.)

These conversations are about gambling, begging for money, selling something for huge profits, which all could be documented for everyone to read throughout an open forum. All I did was read these openly available discussions (and for what it’s worth what I thought to be mostly bullshit) and responded with my honest personal opinion. I may very well be wrong, but still just an opinion based on what I read in open forums.

Kewlj, saying Shackleford is not a gambling addict is just as baseless unless you have something to legitimately prove otherwise that he’s not, which I haven't heard yet. Alleged gambling expert, holding a TIN CUP begging for money, need I say more? Drawing an assumption just with those confirmed facts was easy. You got a brief meeting and 4 yrs. of talking anonymously on forums.I got a professional gambler for I think over a decade or two holding out a tin cup begging for money. What possibly could have gone wrong? Maybe it's just me.

If you didn't want any outside intervention on those topics then it should have been a private forum for selective consumption. Based on the size of that banned list over there, I believe that’s exactly what’s trying to be done openly. Eventually no negative opinions will be expressed their simply because if you don't drink the cool-aid you won't get to talk. In fact that goal may have already been achieved. If they could only find a way to stop the same banned members from signing up again. That's why they squeeze rounds off prematurely with new members that have any opinions that don't coincide with theirs.

So now we’re here with our same discussions since we couldn’t have constructive conversation there without them being viewed as insults instead of just the opinions they were.

blackhole, the Wiz posted that he ran up against a financial wall when the real estate market imploded, and the economy tanked.

Says he lost a half million in equity, and $80K or so when a Cypriot bank collapsed.

He had substantial, ongoing financial commitments at the time, including paying tuition for his three kids in private school (only an idiot or a pauper would send his kids to public school in Las Vegas: worst in the nation).

Given the above liquidity problem, I could forgive him for waving the tin cup, but I cannot overlook the fact he did so knowing he had a multi-million dollar sale looming.

Oh well, life's a game, right?

    Play or get played.

    Ditto... http://www.gamblingforums.com/threads/what-is-an-ap-play.5288/page-4

"MC, I'm not Singer or an accomplice. I would advise him not to accept such a proposition.

Variance aside, winning $500 with $2,000 happens a bit less than 3/4 of the time at near even bets. Even were you not a something of a machine magician, as you claim, you might just get lucky.

I really think that you should get busy settling old scores with the WizTard. Go make his day. Just because he can't grow up doesn't mean you must follow suit. It's the right thing to do."

So you think I make bets to try and get lucky?. You have zero percent chance to win or I wouldn't have put it up.

Mick, if you want to really be right about everything, make sure that every one else is against you first. Zero percent is my alma mater, M.O., or whatever. If you can attain that, then you're Golden.

Here’s a link to a first time poster at the WOV yesterday. I admit it’s somewhat hard to read with no paragraphs, and yes could be viewed as being out there a bit, but for what it’s worth it’s just one person’s thoughts or beliefs on well let’s say several things including gambling.

This poster might be an interesting or entertaining person to chat with down the road. After all it is an open forum.

But of course instead of having conversation with anyone not drinking the on-board cool-aid, he’ll be chased quickly. W.O.N. better known as Chief Of Police over there, is one of the first to trash the poster. I'm sure the welcoming party will be piling on shortly.

Lol. Posters like that kill a forum.

Something else which kills a forum is keeping it real.

Notice how fast pussies like MrV and EvenBob (Spike) disappear when no one protects them from the truth. Like Spike's recent "reticence" over there when the mod's were told to stop flooding the board with toxic filler because of another sharp drop in the forum's ratings.

Looks more and more like Mickey Crimm's gambling legacy is cowardice. The Joke of Vegas sucked him dry, chewed him up, and spit him out like day-old gum. Kept pulling that football out from his foot.

All poor Mickey in Montana, the great slot guy can say now, "Oh, that nasty wizTard did this and that to me, what a terrible guy. But I'm way too afraid to tell him to his face."

OMG, Mickey, what pussies, you and KJ. The latest wizTard High grads.

You have misread Spike's intent here, maybe I know Spike better. He has made that comment NOT to curry favour with the ugly bitter one, rather in a way to point out this thread exists, bring the bitches attention to it in a way that doesn't get him banned at WoV, cos' if that happened, he'd have sod all to do day in and day out.

He is a clever dog is Spike /EB and simply LOVES to stir up shit, he's playing the 300lb she-devil

"Notice how fast pussies like MrV and EvenBob (Spike) disappear when no one protects them from the truth"

What "truth" would you be referring to?

My ongoing rant on these boards is against dice setting.

I've never been proven wrong in my assertion that it is bullshit.

If you have some "truth" to impart on this or any subject, backed up by objective, replicable and quantifiable proof, I'd love to see it.

All they DI advocates report is anecdotal evidence, like "I saw this guy do this, I saw this guy do that."

Sure, and the same number of idiots claim they saw bigfoot.
