Face it, the Wiz could donate $10,000 to a charity and Larry would have an issue with it because it's not enough. How many people do you know that have the record of being banned from multiple forums he has and are "normal"?

You guys are just getting him hard by playing along. I offered to meet him under his terms, but he would never do it. Just like the Bacc guys, always an excuse.

I get the train wreck factor by arguing with him, but if none if us posted, this thread would be him, Freddy and a few other banned members talking to each other.

This thread would be dying, like they seem to think WOV is.

But he is a troll who we all allow to think he is more important than he is.

Who says we don't give anything back for all things we have worked hard to enjoy?

Hey ANYONE can play this game. Just do what Boz does...declare the unprove-able.

MC can use the N word, and Boz would say that is proper everyday language for him
Manboy can complain that his wife expects a gift on valentines day, and Boz would offer to meet and fuck her
BBB can protest the HB thread, and Boz would proclaim that there is enough room for 2 whales on the site
Bill Gates can donate 20 milion for Aids ......and Boz would say what good is it, if he wont meet me.
I could refuse to meet lonely losers from online....and Boz can masturbate dreaming of me.

this is fun.....any more unproven declarations????

I can do this all night/

WON....HOW IS THAT REAL GIRL ON YOUR CHEST.

Just curious.....how many times did you claim to leave.

was the weight of the "real girl" cutting off circulation to your brain.

I make love to my wife. But there are people like yourself who fuck.....you know when you fuck a blow-up doll, or your fuck a whore.
or fuck the "real girl" laying on your chest.

Okay guys, I have read all of this stuff and have what I think is a reasonable observation and question or two.

If WoV and WoO are supposed to be this collection of APs and expertise that help people win at gambling, and if Shackleford is such a mathematical hotshot, then isn't it an absurdity that the owners make money via affiliate programs? The players, groomed by WoO presumably, are relied upon to lose so that the owners get chunks of the losing pie? Is that how it works?

Am I misunderstanding some key element of this? If I'm not, then the whole thing is a joke and a sham. Unless I have this wrong, WoV is a filter that funnels losers to the casinos. None of the AP yap, or math models, or personal history lessons help at all. Cumulatively, they do the opposite.

I hope I have some basics of this concept wrong, or else it's really ridiculous, with each alleged winner saying, "Hey, I'm not one of the losers." I mean, in theory, the WoO crowd should be the collection of skill sets casinos don't want. Obviously and as a group, however, the skill sets are a mirage.

Please tell me I have some basic concept wrong and WoO is not just a collection of self-delusionals.

I like to think I am normal (others will likely disagree), and I have been banned at two different sites. One owned by Qfit, with whom I had my initial feud/disagreement, and one owned by his friend, with whom he used his influence to have me banned. I know your question was more in reference to Larry, but I am just saying....

Since I have been busy working, I'll add some thought of the last few days. I think Larry's thoughts about the eating contests and proper medical supervision and lawsuits are a little absurd. I mean that kind of think isn't my cup of tea. It seems very juvenile to me. Someone used the word "fratboy" and I think that is very fair. It is a fratboy mentality. That's not why I became interested in WoV, but if that's what the guys there are interested in, that's fine. Just further evidence that the site seems to be heading in a different direction that what it was or what I thought it was when I began participating there.

I have thought and said that Larry's business (and customer service) model analogy just doesn't work. Yet he continues to double down on it. He's a stubborn guy...lol.

I don't feel I am owed anything as a disgruntled customer of a business. But I do feel I was sort of mislead into thinking it was more an AP/gambling related site and much of my participation was based on what has turned out to be a false pretense in that regard. Maybe that's my fault, I don't know. But it just has the feel like the site is heading further and further away from what it was, everyday. It just has the feel that after receiving his big payday, Mike's focus regarding the site has really changed.

I guess with WoV really being much less about AP/Gambling that I thought and the focus much more about Fratboy type stuff, like food eating contests, and focus on girls and big boobs and who's hot and who is overweight, it is no wonder they don't care that much about the loss of a few professional AP's, like myself. I didn't add much to the food contest, big boobs topics that seem to be more and more prevalent.

I just can't help but still wonder what Qfit, the guy that set out to get me banned and with whom Mike sided with against me brings to the table? I don't see him participating in the fratboy stuff. I don't see him contributing in anything at all.

KJ, regarding my post above, if the site makes money via affiliate contracts, what is its motivation to have actual winning APs on the site?

Aren't they better served recruiting and fostering losers and idiots?

Maybe this is exactly why WoV has not been too concerned with the exodus (either by banning or those leaving on their own) of some of the real legit AP's over the last year or so, since LCB took over. They realize these members were not going to lend anything to the bottom line of the company now in charge. Maybe it was sort of a "weeding" out and leaving those members more likely to play at online casinos.

I don't believe I have ever logged on to an online casino site. I certainly never deposited a penny or placed a wager, so I am probably not their target membership.

WoV is a site that I consider part of the AP community sites, but unlike some other sites, WoV is more than just AP's. Discussion of other topics is one of the things that I enjoyed. So there are many non-AP's that maybe are target members for online gambling. But what I really don't get is when you talk about a site like BJ21, which LCB also purchased earlier this year. I know the membership at BJ21. They are almost exclusively legit AP's. Brick and Mortar type casino, blackjack players. Not all necessarily professional AP's, but the kind of guys not interesting in wagering a dime on anything -EV. It is also an aging membership. I don't get how the members that frequent that site draw any new traffic to LCB online casino sites?? But I really don't pretend to understand this particular business.

"But he is a troll who we all allow to think he is more important than he is."

Seems to me that LarryS., while "trollish," is not a true "troll."

Trolls care only about disrupting, stirring up shit.

LarryS. likes to do that, no question.

But he also has an agenda, one which hides in plain sight.

    Revenge.

    AKA, payback.

"Piss on me, and I'll drown you in a sea of my own piss."

Once that fact is understood, it all falls into place.

An old proverb comes to mind: "Revenge is a dish best served cold."

    Brrrrrr.

You know, if Shackleford's plan was to sell to an entity and enter into affiliate structure, then what better way to demonstrate the moron qualities of his membership than having McNugget gargling contests and other nonsense. The last thing you would want is to project a bunch of serious APs studiously using Vegas time to make money.

What you really want is the WoV equivalent of a Three Stooges film fest.

This all seems obvious. It's JR Ewing 101 stuff.

It's all pretty funny. The folks who defended Shackleford by orienting to business examples and a business model must not have done much looking in the mirror. If Shackleford is keeping you around, there's an excellent chance that you're part of his business plan, and that ain't complimentary.

It's ironic. The business does best with a collection of very social losing gamblers. So if you're defending Shackleford's business acumen and you're on WoV, you're dissing yourself.

I give you the fact, as Rod Serling might say, that you've whiffed on this for 115 pages and a complete outsider thinks it's obvious. That kind of reinforces the Three Stooges characterization.

I think you are giving him more credit than due. I just don't think there is any grand plan of this magnitude.

Based on my own dealing with Shackleford as well as observing his dealing with others, he just functions at an immature level. In the past I have used "kindergarten", "third grade", and "9 year old" to describe some of his behaviors and statements that he says. And now I am echoing the "fratboy mentality" that someone else used. I don't honestly know what level best describes some of these things, perhaps it is different levels for different, things.

But the very common and pretty plain to see thing is that this 51 year old nerdy type math geek guy, has all kind of things going on that are far below his actual age of 51 years. From his unicycling, to obsession with boobs and females that he can never have and wouldn't know what to do with them if he did get them, to food challenges, to shaming people, to his short-tempered, never admit you are wrong and condescending attitudes. He is just a big kid that never grew up.

I think it was always there to some extend. I just kind of dismissed it as he was a nerdy, math geek, kind of guy. But I really think it has gotten much worse since he sold WoV/WoO. He has lost focus and this inner child has just taken over. Maybe it's a midlife crisis?? (I guess midlife crisis if he lives to be 102...lol)
