The poster stated Mission's penchant for RANDOM CAPITALIZATION was "silly". OG agreed that it was "really bad", an obvious agreement about the capitalization. Twisting that out of context to fit your agenda only knocks yourself.

 

That's not how I interpreted it. Feel free to post the whole thing. There was no joke or funny faces.

Now who's being confusing? You quoted 2 different people making it look like the one who said he enjoyed the articles is the same one who wrote the last 3 sentences. It's not. No mention of kidding, joking etc...just that last sentence by a second independent person.

I quoted two different people and stated I did so. The OP wrote the first big part, commending Mission first before bringing up that he has that odd habit. I likewise pointed out that the second poster I quoted had quoted the original poster's statement about the capitalization, hence meaning that his comment applied directly to that point. Not "his articles", but "his capitalization".

It's neither confusing nor did I "make anything look like" when I specifically stated exactly what it was.

 

You see it one way...others see it another. Guess we'll leave it at that?

 

I like Mission's articles. They are highly informative.

 

You may, and I've certainly no desire to belabor the point all day and into the next. However, reading comprehension is a science. It's not a matter of opinion, there's no motive to define or history that must be unraveled. It's black and white. And the B&W of it is that the critique was on capitalization, not on the articles themselves.

Others can see it any other way they choose. But any other way would be incorrect.

I dunno. Many here have had reasonable critiques. For sure there is much that's just flaming for the hell of it, but I'd be lying if I said it's all garbage. I pointed out what I did because I felt that particular critique was the latter. I prefer the former.
