Larry talks about pushing buttons all day, but he doesn't realize that's exactly what HE IS DOING all day while posting on this thread....chicken pecking at the keyboard, pushing buttons.

No one's gloating about how much they love AP'ing and looking down on others who dislike their job. A question was asked, something along the lines of "Why do you AP?" and the question was answered -- one reason being because we enjoy it. Larry twisted that (surprise surprise!) into "APs bash the 9-5'ers and gloat about how awesome their job is".


At least Larry hasn't gone on and on about "armchair AP's" or w/e Rob Singer would go off about in loony town. So I guess that's a positive for Larry, if you think about it.

 

I'm not trying to start another big argument with you. I would like to actually have a rational conversation with you. Perhaps you could actually understand the possibilities and you will/could realize there's actually many different past and ongoing ways to gain an advantage and make good money with advantage play. It's far from a pipe dream and with that understanding you could actually know who's full of shit and who isn't.

I'm not sure if you're capable of being unbiased and open minded. Sometimes it feels like you dam well know what's up but you just don't like the fact it's real therefore you just talk shit just to be a controversial naysayer. For some unknown reason you started in with me claiming I make outrageous claims or I am ALWAYS bragging about my AP yet a very few of my posts percentagewise contain anything you're suggesting. I don't know what all others are capable of, I think you guys are assuming we all from WOV are connected and in a coordinated in an effort to mess with this forum. I was invited as a founding member I didn't know if this site was legitimate or not. Had the crew here not wanted WOV members here perhaps the should've kept our names out of it. What I do know is.... AP is legitimate, possible and very probable. Contrary to what you might think( other than on a few occasions) I don't talk about money, I don't post pictures, I rarely talk about past, present or future advantage plays. I have maybe talked about .1% of plays I have done. I normally only talk general AP. I participate in all different kinds of topics.

I'm not sure why you doubt AP is legitimate and people are actually doing it very successfully. I gave an example of a %4 play that lasted round the clock for many months perhaps 5-7 months. You obviously heard about the Plaza 28% JP bonus that lasted 24 hours (And yes some people put in the full 24 hours and had multiple people playing for them).That's just 2 small plays out of hundreds that were talked about. Not because they were even close to the best plays, but because they had a lot of publicity and were well known about, especially after the fact. The 28% JP bonus promo was just mention on some podcast. I certainly didn't go bragging about the details of the 28% JP bonus play. I didn't post up pictures of thousands in jackpots. I don't think anyone posted any jackpot pictures from that play.

I'm definitely confused as to why you're telling people to keep their AP to themselves on a gambling forum, that's like telling someone to stop talking about their cat on a "we love our pet's" forum. If people bragging, posting pictures and talking about AP bothers you so much, why are you on a gambling forum in the first place? I fairly certain you guys(meaning the WOV haters) brought AP into this thread in the first place. Remember I was not the one who started posting in this thread the administration unfairly/improperly/self servingly put my original posts in this thread.

As far as online goes I'm the first to speak up and agree many are rigged even so called reputable ones however the problem is people oftentimes cry wolf even after NORMAL VARIANCE or some guy plays only 10 hands of BJ and loses 7 and starts crying its rigged. People overly bash online casinos yet there has been and are good opportunities online.

Please refer to the people by name when calling MOST of them or saying they sound like dysfunctional, compulsive gambling, lying, degenerate, fucken morons. I'm none of the above. If you ever want to put some serious money where your mouth is, I'll provide witnesses, tax forms/documents and a casino win loss, pictures math to back up the situation and the details.

Larry claims to play poker(sitting on his ass mucking cards all weekend ), bet sports etc. IIRC his Wife plays slots (pushes -EV buttons all weekend in Reno) He and his wife seem to be doing what some AP's do but since he loses doing it that's OK. If he claims to win then he's an AP just not full time.

If he's truly a nurses aid and he helps people empty their bed pans and he wipes their asses, I understand why he's so angry, that's not a fun job to most people( he probably enjoys washing guy's ball sacks) and since he can't successfully AP he hates people that can. That's great larry is helping guys wash their balls as he mouth blow dries them, but that's his job and he gets paid to help people. He's doing it to get paid, not out of the goodness of his crusty black heart. Yet on his off time he's trying to AP. How hypocritical is that?

Larry is like when you were kids and someone wouldn't let him in the club. He would just claim the club sucks and bash it. Or like when I was a kid and I could do something cool my brother couldn't, but he secretly wanted to. He would say, "that's stupid, I wouldn't want to do that anyway." Then I would catch him sneaking off trying to do it.

Boy, THIS post was kind of a "dicky" thing to do, Axel.

This is a dumb argument. The folks that chose a career path, and went to school, to follow that career path are probably happier, or at least more content than those who didn't. I don't know the stats of what percentage that might be, but I am guessing a minority of working folks. How big a minority, I don't know. The rest are working a job (to pay the bills) rather than a career of their choosing and interest. So doesn't it go without saying that this second group is going to be less happy and content? In addition, they are more likely to be paid less and struggling. That too means more will be unhappy with their situation. I don't know why we are going on and on with this.

As for AP's, I thing most are content, if not happy with what they are doing. And it's not particularly about the money. It's a chosen path. Even if you aren't making the big bucks, and are just making a comfortable living like myself, or even "less than comfortable", as I was for a number of years, it is very similar to a person in business for themselves in other fields, say restaurant, or owning a store of some sort. You may be working harder than others to make less, but you are your own boss and following your dream. That should equate to happiness.

I also believe that most AP's (not necessarily myself), but most have the smarts and ability to succeed at other things outside of APing, and probably make more money. So if they weren't happy with their chosen AP career, they would have moved on. So yeah those that are currently doing so, are probably happy, or content with where they currently are.

Why does everything here have to be a pissing contest. Life is too short for all this comparison bull crap.

 

And does it logically automatically make APs better off? Look at Mickey. I rest my case. He is so happy that he runs to the bottle.
