Why?...because it was me that is there(peppermill) every weekend or at a casino within 10 minutes of it...every weekend.......without fail for 50 weeks per year. The other 2 weeks on averge is because of weather(snow) in the sierras. HE was the one that was going out of his way to meet me. So Its a free-roll for me...not him as you suggested. So HE suggested the bet...and I jumped on it.
The great offshoot of this is that the anti-semite hasnt posted for 3 days. Thats worth something.
Sometimes you just have to call a bet in order to call BS....and prove it.
    Mission accomplished.

The company running the Global Gaming Expo denied manboy a free pass this year and he is so cheap that he doesn't want to pay the $225 fee like everyone else. Either that or the Cyprus bank check bounced.

That's right, Mr $2.4 million is BEGGING for someone to give him a free pass. His words: "So , consider this a spot for people like me to beg for a free pass." People like him.

All the usual lap dogs are consoling him as they try to figure out this latest travesty. One guy said: "I am both shocked and outraged". Really? No reason given for manboy's shoddy treatment. Could it be that the models complained after being creeped out last year?

"So, consider this a spot for people like me to beg for a free pass. I know the forum has a lot of starving game inventors who are probably in the same boat as me." ---Mike Shackleford

My god...Shackleford is a dick! He had his big payday....2.4 million dollars in the last 2 years. And he is going to compare himself to a struggling game inventor who is still waiting for their big break? What a selfish prick.

I know nothing (a lot of people would like it if I stop right there :D) about the game invention industry. But I do know and talk to people in the AP community and in the AP community (outside of the WoV clubhouse), Shackleford has lost credibility. He just isn't taken very seriously anymore. Likely too many have read the Hot Blond challenge or McNuggets challenge, or other "buffoonary" threads and dismissed him as just that, a buffoon, not to be taken seriously.

And I'll bet it is the same type of sentiment with the game invention industry. He has lost credibility and they just aren't taking him seriously any more.

All a bit ironic wasn't it. A guru of gambling maths couldn't make it in the AP world, looking down his nose at everybody who played anything other than BlackJack, when it came to the crunch, he waived his tin cup and is still waving it. Narcissistic fuck.

It has been speculated that this was not a lump payment, but rather spread out over time. If I had to guess, I would guess that is correct. Probably the intent was to spread it out over years, with Shackleford remaining the head guy at WoV, with the hopes that he would continue at least some gambling/AP topics discussions to draw new perspective clientele to WoV and towards latest Casino Bonuses.

They probably had little idea that he would make such a hard turn toward the juvenile, frat house mentality that he finds amusing.away from topics that would benefit the parent company. I am just speculating of course, but I would love to know what Josh Chan thinks about his investment in WoO, WoV and Mike Shackleford. Perhaps WoO has met his expectations. I would be surprised if the later two have.

Could you elaborate on this? I really am not that familiar with Mike's real history, only bits and pieces. I do know he left the secure world of government work and moved to Vegas. Was that with the intent and dream of being an AP? And what kind of AP methodology did he engage in? And how did he fail?

I am particularly interested in the blackjack aspect, naturally. During my time at WoV, he seemed to have little interest in BJ/card counting discussions. Seemed like he looked down on those of us, still engage in that elementary form of AP. That's not uncommon in the AP community. Card counters are among the lower rings in the AP world. That's fine. I accept that. I just got the vibe from Shacklefrd that he really looked down on card counters (much the same as Grosgean does), and I always wondered just what his accomplishments were that entitled him to do so?

I don't think Shack has ever been seen on a good video poker promotion. And in the little discussion I've seen him put up on WoV about his video poker play he talked about working a .24% edge. His math on the game was certainly technically correct. But no real video poker pro I know would play such a thin edge.

My newbie impression when I first discovered the site, was one of manBoy being the AP guru. Anybody not playing Blackjack (due to it's possible +EV edge) got a rough ride, not only from him, also all his cronies. I got the impression he knew everything there needed to know about casino gambling, due to his analysis and in the main because the WoO site was the go to site for all casino games.

Again BJ (due to it's potential +EV) was the only game in town, he appeared dismissive about everything else. I maintained that view for years, then I will admit was most surprised when he started waving his tin cup. If the AP supremo manBoy couldn't cut it, then there is no hope for anybody, that was my belief. Obviously I've learn a lot since then and had my eyes opened, him and his cronies really have no basis to disparage Roulette, Craps, or Baccarat players, because even manBoy couldn't cut it at the BJ tables, I hinted such in the tin cup waving thread!

Sorry, Larry. That dog won't hunt. I haven't had a drink in well over 2 weeks. I'm just returning from visiting my folks in Juneau, Alaska. All payed for by my gambling earn.

As a matter of fact my last working road trip ended a week before the 4th of July. My next working roadtrip is scheduled for sometime after Labor Day. I make enough money that I take a 2+ month vacation whenever I feel like it.

And yes, I'll be hitting the bar tomorrow night when I get home. I haven't seen my barroom buddies in a couple weeks. Should be fun.

There is some real bullshit going on with WOO/WOV now. I just picked up the thread WARNING-Betsoft rigged. Zuga gave a warning on WoV after a report by casinolistings came out about the software on Bovada being rigged. The progressive jackpots were rigged not to hit. Zuga pretty much had to do this because casinolistings made its findings public. Afterwards a few questions were asked in the thread about how did Bovada not know that the Betsoft software was rigged. Progressive jackpots being rigged not to hit would be pretty obvious to Bovada since they would be making more money than they were supposed to. If you were running an online casino how would you not know that progressive jackpots were not being hit?

Zuga answered with "Bovada did the right thing immediately and removed all of their progressive games from their sites." LOL! What about all the other non-progressive games on the site that were running Betsoft software? Get the fuck out of here.

So then Shackleford chimed in with "This is some great reporting! Betsoft is a big player in this business so it took a lot of courage to go after them. My compliments on a very-well documented case."

Get the fuck out of here Shackleford. You phony asshole. How many online gambling sites did you blacklist for rigged software? Did you blacklist Bovada until they cleaned up their software? Fuck no you didn't. Because Bovada is your number one market in the United States, ain't that right, asshole? Can't get hit in the ol' pocket book, right, buttfuck?

Great, great, great, fucking customer service you phony pricks.

Good report. It shows what any idiotwould already know......anyone like shackleford that gives anyweb gambojng site his seal of approval has no fucking idea what goes on behind the scenes. Its a recommendation without any weight. He doesnt have the smarts or the access to analyze the software. So if he doesnt...what does his recommendation really mean.

And THAT is the 2.4 million dollar question.

What return on their investment have the new owners at WoV been realizing?

Is the Wiz more help than hindrance to their internet gambling schemes?

NEWBIES, and the naive....might be suckered into joining a online casino based on the go ahead by a stranger whose qualifications to analyze the programs that are taking their money at a higher rate than expected....is suspect and unproven.

Never give a sucker an even break,,,,,,,A saying that applies here. If people actually think manboy had full access to comb through computer programs in order to give the seal of approval.....they are dopes.
