It's Saturday and it seems as if an unusual number of members have the exact same gambling and work schedule none of them seem to take a smart phone or device. Perhaps they all play in the same casinos that don't have Wifi and or a horrible 4g signal (I can never get a 4g signal at the SLS)

It would certainly be hard to take multiple devices to a location away from your home that's equipped with multiple IP's and devices without alerting administration of multiple accounts.

Are you only operating in casinos, or online? Not that I trust brick and mortar casinos all that much, I will never trust an online casino.

 

I've dabbled with a live dealer online play, ran up a few thou' and then gave it back. A million miles from a brick and mortar joint, having more than 30 seconds to make a decision, lose a bet and the dealer is smiling at you, can be frustrating sitting there pressing buttons and mouse clicks as opposed to actually placing chips.

Love Potion was removed because he was using a VPN connection, which I think was totally wrong. What's wrong with protecting your ID, the board operator is doing the exact same thing.

 

With all of today's methods of protecting your IP, perhaps forum sites might have to reevaluate their sock puppet techniques because peoples Mom's are using proxies and things because that's the way the son or daughter set up their computer, and they're not even aware of it.

Can you be sure it was a 'live' dealer and not the program? Or are you calling the online program a live dealer? sorry for my ignorance.

After posting regularly on this particular thread. ..my participation has declined to a trickle basically because I actually see change...and thats good enough for me. It never been about me me me as people have suggested all along. STill I have no I idea why I was banned, no reason given, and thats ok....that wasnt the intent of this thread...you know to get me a reason.
But as far as for the remaining neighbors....they do live in a less hostile environment. Not utopia, because as JK points out there is one mod who still acts out. But the cowardly mission has run away from his promise to return here and post every couple of days.....but he did calm down at wov. No more snide mocking comments as he suspends someone, and no more mocking jokes of a subgroups of women. And manboy has become less active in the punishment phase, and less petty.Yes he still treats women and his wife like crap...but the use of the suspension list to try to inflict shame" seems to have faded almost totally away. And Face remains Face....which is a good thing.

I think thats pretty good as far as results go. Everyone has their own reason for being here on this thread. SO I only speak for myself...and far be it for me to critique others for being here. That would be hypocritical since others critiqued me for being here and I took exception to that.

So for me me me.......I think as others behave in the new customer service mode of valuing the customer and treating them as they would like to be treated.......beached whale will stick out like a sore thumb.....and create her own demise. There is nothing I can say to make it go any faster. The climate has changed.....and either she will see how others behave and eventually get in line or she will be asked to leave as her behavior becomes more and more un-natural for that environment.

Of course there is the possibility that people will start to get into bad habits and mimic her....thereby reversing any steps forward they have made....and if thats the case I will be back daily.

But for now I say.....keep up the changes.

 

It's interesting that none of the WOV mods actually gamble with any frequency. I guess that's not a requirement for a gambling board. Face brings knowledge and experience from his casino job but I don't recall him gambling...probably seen too much at his job.

For those who don't know, Buzzard was the only person ever banned by Zuga and beached whale resents it...to put it mildly. And she throws it in his face every chance she gets.

After SAMIAM Buzz comes right back as nogojoe. Not only is he allowed to make another 5 posts, beached whale engages him in conversation...even calling him Buzz. She says "Buzz, could you please do what's necessary to get your good standing back? I hate this".

So there you are, Zuga, continuing to be mocked, publicly humiliated and disrespected by...not your mod...manboy's mod. You are a joke to them and the LCB members are starting to pick up on that.

LCB may not need WOV but they sure don't need the owners to be laughingstocks.
