The spammers now have their own thread...5 pages and dozens of names. The good old boys, the loyal cultists, are becoming frustrated. They are repeatedly calling for the useless mods to do something...anything. Please make those bad people go away. Please manboy. Please miss whale. Manboy or the great JB could easily fix this if they wanted to. Guess we know where they stand. Zcore offered a bit of common sense by telling them to not click on the kitchen stuff. Problem solved? not quite. The boys over there have no self control.

The funny thing is, all those people who joined WOV just to talk about their own game inventions etc are just as much scammers as the kitchen guys.

On another note, why has manboy's video of part 5 in the craps series been "removed by the user?" Did someone not like the creepy, lecherous stares he was giving to Angela or was it his remark about her bending over the table "dressed like that"?

In another WOV thread called "I Have a Gambling Problem and I Need Help" a couple of guys have admitted to their own addictions. One is a 7 year member. As usual, all the site's armchair shrinks and other 'experts' pour on the advice. I'm not going to judge or comment but it did remind me of action taken by a mod against a member who HE decided had a gambling problem. The member was Kentry who he never said, implied or otherwise showed a single indication of even the slightest problem.

That didn't stop Mission146/Pavlov146, the guy who thinks he's God himself. "Kentry is the weakest link, goodbye. Participating on a gambling forum is not the best thing for him". Then he tells him to "get help". God hath spoken.

So the question Mission/Pavlov is, are you going to ban all members who you deem to have gambling problems? The 7 year member that I mentioned wrote a lengthy post going into great detail about his personal situation....and he's got it bad. As bad as it gets. So, Pav, are you going to ban him? No guesswork like you did with Kentry. This guy did your work for you.

Think the definition of a 'sockpuppet' would be someone using different aliases on the same website or board, banned or not. You may be known to a select few at wov personally, but to everyone else you're not. Everyone is behind a alias. But I like the sockoffender handle.
