Yes crime happens, all sorts of places, in the streets, chemists, supermarket etc.

On any number of occasions a high value jackpot on a slot machine will be removed from the game floor ( the machine is physically removed) without the individual jackpot being paid out . Example machine X has been hammered for days as jackpot is getting high, come in next day and totally new machine is in its place. I have asked staff where is machine x , and nobody knows . So the casino just re sets the meter and wheels the machines out of storage later.

For cards , roulette,craps, maybe sic bo I would say safe playing conditions but bingo, slots definitely unsafe, and just foolish money being flushed into casino coffers.

Dependant on your success rate and win amount, nothing is safe, NOTHING. No casino in Oz will stand back and let anybody clean them. Even winning $1k, no issue, do that for a few days, you get noticed, do it for a week, you're watched, do it for a month = $30k, you are now on their radar and plans will be put in place to bring your success to a halt by any means necessary.
