I don't get it, why is a qualified "well to do" lawyer peddling dodgy gambling systems on the internet and has been for close on 9 years?

Couple of reasons maybe, has more interest in gambling than law (gambling addiction).

Gambling has consumed a lot of his earnings as a Lawyer and he is trying to even thing out.
