Well aware of online Baccarat, have played online for quite sometime, real cards & dealer., unfortunately they don't shuffle the cards like in a real casino, so you get a lot of odd-ball streak lengths which you don't see in a B&M joint, never had any issue regarding withdrawing money. Me thinks they casinos in Vegas should be allowed to operate online while this pandemic persists, as it would generate revenue for them. Was reading a few days ago, revenue in Macau are down 90% (yippee)

So what is the situation with AC? I heard some time back all the casinos closed down, is this correct?

Yes totally agree, I cannot think of a reason why my local casino hasn’t offered real online site. Star city has offered a free /demo game on it’s web site but trying to access it is very Aussie like, trying to contact administrators is same. So it’s next to useless as I’m told my card is locked because it is linked to my cage account and I can only unlock it by going to casino and do it in person. But the casino is closed dear Liza, dear Liza it’s closed.Well play online at the star casino dear punkcity, dear punkcity, play our online casino. But my card is locked dear Liza, dear Liza it’s blocked. Well come to star casino and unlock it dear punkcity!
You get the gist . Asterix and the twelve tasks even. Shiesh
But dam shame as you say especially if one already has the trust in that particular security at that casino.
    Cheers

Stadium games are played at electronic consoles connected to a live dealer or RNG. Any number of consoles can be connected to a single dealer.

Stadium can allow a player to switch from one shoe to another, or play multiple shoes at the same time.

The Venetian and Palazzo live dealer games are connected. You have four games to choose from.

Resorts World in NY, uses a RNG, instead of a live dealer.

    gr8player,

If you ever head back to Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun things are not going to be the same.

This is what it is going to be like when things open .....

Thanks for that video. I hadn't seen that before. But it may be good news for blackjack players. I wouldn't play blackjack with more than three people at a table. So if they limit only three people to a table that's a good opportunity for players who card count. The only problem is sitting with players are going to play two spots. What you want in blackjack is not sharing your cards with people who are not on your team. So I may just check that out.

Thanks , the first vid you can see the problem with live dealer (halfway on vid) you have placed you bet then the time limit is up and you are waiting for the dealer maybe 30 -60 seconds for the first card. The vid didnt show the dealer screen at the time.

The second vid is pure RNG no fuss no mess just bet , and the dealer just bangs out the deal. Although If I was there ,depending if anyone else is playing next to me ,I would set all the screens near me to the table/screen Im playing just to get rid of the extra noise of place your bets ,no more bets please. When you play you understand , although I m amazed that others as the person playing just outs up with the distractions. I guess the toy helps.
    thanks for the post
    Cheers

I played both and if I have to choose I would choose the Stadium baccarat over the second. The second one is horrendous. Not only is it RNG it is CONTINUOS RNG. The Stadium from what remember is a 20 seconds wait time between hands which I personally think it is too long. But it is $5 minimum.

The major plus of this is that you can sit there with no pressure to place a bet. Also the advantage of unlimited free hands.

Hello, Punkcity, and thank you for your kind consideration.

No, I haven't been to any casino since mid-March. I live in NYC, and so I'm in the midst of the epicenter of the virus and so the governors in the tri-state area (NY, NJ, CT) have been rather hesitant to re-open almost anything. And with that said, the casinos appear last on their priority lists.

Regarding the casinos that I frequent: Atlantic City in NJ remains closed, while Mohegan Sun in CT has begun a very limited opening for the residents of CT an RI only.

I'll wait, preferring to err on the side of caution here. While I enjoy relatively fine health, I am in that age group where the virus could potentially pose a greater threat, so I'm resigned to remaining "Baccaratless" for a while longer.

Thanks again for your concern, and stay safe and stay well, all.

P.S.: I wonder if I'll forget how to play whenever I finally do get back...LOL

Excellent choice, I’m a bit bewildered why so many are rushing back in , from the small information I’m getting. Addiction perhaps.

I think a few extra months is prudent, as your dead a lot longer than your alive. oh remember the bicycle, a good rider never forgets .

    Cheers

Wow...it's been 3 1/2 months since I've played Bac...that's the longest break ever for me. I've played pretty much every week (OK, when I was working it was only a day and a half per week) for some 30-odd years.

But its allowed me some time for reflection. And relaxation.

Anyone that knows of me also knows that I take this game very seriously. I sit down at the Bac table and I'm there to win. And that evokes some pressure of a sort, even after all those countless sessions and shoes.

Remember....no matter how well you approach this game and how well you maneuver your way around it, each and every new session your "counter" is re-set to "0". Doesn't matter that you won yesterday and the day before that; it only matters how you perform RIGHT NOW. And so, to this very day even after all these years, that very realization STILL evokes some sort of pressure upon myself.

BUUUTTT, my friends, let me tell you....as it turns out, that just so happens to be a good thing. In fact, I embrace it. Keeps me on my toes, ever reminding me of the very reason that I'm sitting at that Bac table and how I need to get to my goal as efficiently as possible.

I've said it a thousand times before....I'm there, and I'm playing my game, but my most efficient exit strategy is constantly churning in my mind; based, of course, upon the current conditions and/or results of the current shoe (or portion thereof).

Win goals and loss limits....yes, they're imperative for a conservative player like myself. But let's not discount the value of experience and insight, and the ability to recognize, well before they get out of hand, sessions that appear to be going "sideways" on you. Again, all a part of one's efficient exit strategy. Your game is judged not solely on what you've won; sometimes it's more about what you've avoided losing.

Yeah...I'm chomping at the bit to get back into it. I relish the challenge of it all, regardless of the pressure to perform at my best, each and every session. I enjoy it or I wouldn't do it. But if I am going to do it, you can safely bet (you know I sure do) that I'm going to play it at the very best of my ability and with my best interests at heart. And that translates to "Get in, get yours, and get out".

And, as always, I wish it for all of you. Stay safe and stay well.

Oh my bad I really thought g. g.g was German goo girls rather than get in, get yours , get out . But you know that actually works also so next time I’m busted I’ll just say it’s the gambling forum thread about get in ,get some, get out. Thanks, saved .

Sydney main floor opened on Friday , a friend went last night so will ask how it went and post here as a FYI. Cheers

I might start a thread re open casino post virus, so maybe put information on one site for easier reference. Cheers
