Ok, let's get back to this, now that I have heard back from Eliot Jacobson. The case that Eliot was called in on, was not even in the United States, are you aware of that?

It was an entirely different circumstance of a very high limit player, taking advantage of a lucrative rolling chip promotion, only available to very high limit players, that has never been offered in the United States to the extent of this offer. This very lucrative rolling chip program, basically reduced the players HA by more than 50%, making a 2.8 standard deviation type lucky run much more likely. Still a long shot, but more likely or possible. Nothing like that pertains to this situation.

 

It hardly seems fair that KewlJ directly consulted Eliot Jacobson on this. Coach hasn't even been given the chance to consult his personal expert gambling contacts.

So Rob goes to South Dakota to register his RV but you think he lived in a house there? There is a pretty nice RV park there called Hyatt's Green Acres that gets good reviews online. I suspect that's where Rob lived. And I thought one could easily discern from his writings that Rob summers in South Dakota and winters in Arizona. Not a lot of snow in Phoenix in the winter.

And about local services, Mitchell is about 20 miles from Emery and has everything including Walmart. I know about Mitchell because for years it has been a hotel stop for me between Montana and the Midwest.

 

But KJ, we all want to know why Rob would save 20K+ by registering an RV in South Dakota instead of Arizona. Rob told us about this 20K savings long before there was anything in the forums about the double up bug or a Newell. And he told us this because we were asking him questions about it.

Looking up the rates in Arizona was pretty easy. It's $2.89 per $100 of assessed value per year. Rob said he was saving over 20K per year. How much do you think that vehicle was worth?

And according to what I've read online it turns out that South Dakota is a very friendly state for out-of-state RV'ers to register their vehicle. One of the top three states in the country. Very cheap.

Mickey, you seem to think that South Dakota is known for it's lower RV registration is some kind of revelation that proves something. It isn't!

When my partner passed away 4 years ago, one of his sons was a welder, who through his welder's union, was involved in a program where he traveled the U.S. living out of his RV, and working welding jobs for 2 3 weeks at a time, before moving to another location. Sounds pretty awful to me, but he enjoyed the travel and seeing all different locations and was never tied down at one job or location very long. His legal address and his RV that he pulled behind his pickup were registered in South Dakota for this very reason. He had been there exactly once. Apparently, this is what South Dakota is known for, just like many corporations are registered in Delaware because it is cheaper.

I don't think anybody disputes that Rob owned or still does own a pull behind type RV. Maxpen called it a minnie-winnie, meaning Winnebago. This is the RV Rob lived in when he lived in Pahrump. And being that he traveled around the country (again, not very appealing to me), I suppose he made sure to stop in South Dakota to register it. What is a lie or embellished like everything with this guy is the amounts.

In the discussion at VCT, shortly after Rob was completely exposed when he posted the pictures inside an RV at the dealership, Dan Druff, made a post stating in no uncertain terms that Rob didn't own a Newell RV, never owned a Newell RV, didn't discover or play the DU bug and if he did it was for very small stakes. But if he did, then it's clear that what you wrote in post 1896 above is a mischaracterization of what Jacobson wrote, if not an outright misquote along with your own fabrication.

Post the actual email, so we can compare what was written by Jacobson to what you wrote in post 1896.

So I posted what he said about the case he was called in on, to show there is nothing even remotely similar to Mdawgs claims.

It is the same story every time. If I have questions, I contact the person involved, like the general manager at the RV showroom and belly is too lazy or too stupid to pick up the phone, so he just trolls, speculating false shit.
