This is not one of my fields of expertise, but one should be careful about making the classic subjective judgements about such things -- you know, "ridiculous chestnut," "proferred by clueless idiots," and so on, without actually knowing or having read any of the original studies.

Did you actually go to a research library, pull up the academic papers, and read them? Or did you find something you agreed with, some summary, some wiki-something for the masses and quote it?

If you want to understand something with some kind of actual precision, wiki-anything is not the place to go.

I actually happened to read some of the original studies in the journals 30 years ago. Understand what I'm going to say here. Those studies didn't show that the average black man had a longer penis than the average white man. What they did show was that, controlled for height, a black man of the same height as a white man had a slightly longer (and thinner) penis.

This may have something to do with climate adaptation, as a black man will have longer limbs and a smaller trunk than a same-height white man. It's a surface area to mass adaptation.

So, with that said and understood by even the simplest minds here, this is what should happen with the final effort to bring the niggers into modern times. Punishment. Plain and simple. Rape Charges. In addition to the nigger being tied up to a bench on his stomach for one year in a prison as I stated, any female member of his family, whether that is his mother, sister or daughter, does not matter, are all subject tot he exact same thing he inflicted upon another. Take the female to the same room in the prison the male nigger is serving his sentence. She too, is spread open and repeatedly used by the prison population for their sexual relief. Another nigger handler will douche her and feed her when required. If the nigger rapist has no family then another female nigger is randomly chosen to step up and help the bigger public rehabilitate itself with this nigger public service. It is only right, seriously this will start to change the way niggers thick and act! Oh yeah, almost forgot, instant castration for the rapist, solves the problem of future rapes from the nigger.

Burglary and Theft Charges. Their residence and/or car is subject to the exact same thing the nigger inflicted upon someone else's residence or vehicle. Anyone can help themselves for a period of time to whatever they want from the nigger's residence or vehicle. If he does not have one, a family member will have to be subjected to this event because of what their lovely nigger family member did someone else. If he has no family, then a random nigger family is choses and has to 'step up' for their nigger-bro.

Murder Charges. The nigger is sentence to death. Since incarceration has not really worked with the nigger population, stop giving them medical treatment, education and food in prison. I am pretty sure they don't do all that over in their home jungle fucking country of Africa. So stop it here. Here is what should be done with the niggers that commit murder. They are sentenced to death immediately. Then they are put into the custody of the local police department or military. They are used for live ammunition training. Those niggers become the target for the police and military personnel while firearm training. Don't, simple and effective. Their family members as well as field trips from all the local schools are brought in, sat down and watch the day's activity with the lesson as to what happens if you take a life.

Assault Charges of any type. Same principal. Say a nigger was in a fight and caused a victims arm to be amputated. The nigger would be put in prison. Someone from the prison population would be chosen to amputate the convicted niggers arm and one other piece of his body. Done. When the nigger healed, if he did, he is released. Time served. As well, a member fo the nigger's family or a random nigger girl from the same community he came from, would have to come to the prison and let the other convict that performed the amputation fuck her. Once again, entire school classes are brought into the prison to observe.
