I have seen many a shoe that are dominated throughout by Player. I have seen shoes that rip up into the high teens ++ from hand 1 all Player.

Most frequently that is $50 minimum and even as low as $25 minimum per hand at some very reputable houses. Some players care, some don't. I know all about it, and although I like that style of play it can be very slow. A lot of very skilled players that play very big care about it zero as well.
