I noticed China is helping out seaboard country in Indian Ocean, pacific islands and Africa state mainly with loans for infer structural projects, I noticed chia has reclaimed Tibet, various reefs in South China Sea. I noticed China in a protracted “discussion” with hand held clubs and stones with the Indian army in the Kashmir ( due to a agreement to have no weapons in that zone as per a ceasefire agreement from a few years ago ) I noticed no mention of the repelling of China from Vietnam/ Lao /Cambodia by the Vietnam army, I see no mention of the Mongolia situation either.
