Personally I couldn't/can't figure out why a gambling forum would have dedicated forex and Binary option threads and include that in a"press release" ?

Then I read something like this a while ago from some "expert"

A person or website who's identity is hidden: It is very likely he is operating a spam tool which creates thousands of useless user profiles. To get search engines to index these useless profiles he is creating backlinks. Of course, that is a guess but there is not a good reason to use terms like "trading binary options", "binary options", "Forex" as anchor text to empty profiles. The only reasons I can think of would be spam, scams or search rankings.

I'm not saying anything like this is happening here. I'm trying to learn and understand since.... "GamblingForums.com is poised to become the #1 betting forum in the world". I might want to start a website one day. The Admin said there was value in the domain name alone and showed a link with domain name values. I should be banking mad money soon because I have some fairly good domain names dealing with multiple things including reviews, gambling, LV, clubs, credit cards, sports betting, DJ'ing, design, porn etc. I had one I successfully sold for 1k during the poker boom, I see it's now going for about $3500.

Because when doing our market research prior to launching the site, we learned that the profile of those who engage in Forex and Binary Options is very similar to those who gamble, most likely due to their volatile, high-risk/high-reward nature.

That's certainly not what we are doing. We don't send out spam and we don't create fake profiles. Had we done that, we would probably have grown faster, but that growth would have deflated as soon as we stopped investing in spam and fake profiles, so it's not a sustainable business model. The only way you can create long-term success and value with a community is if the community is made up of real people, the membership grows, and its users stay active. To achieve that, you need to have a unique value proposition which we believe we offer with our "Independent. Comprehensive. Uncensored" nature that no other gambling community in the world offers.

We constantly receive spammers joining to create posts with such anchor texts (and gambling-related anchor texts), but our members don't see them because they get caught by our automated spam filter.

There is a lot of cross-over between gambling and forex/binary options. Some even consider Forex and Binary Options a type of gambling. You are an advantage player, so you may not see many similarities, but for the average gambler, there are quite a few similarities.

One and two-word generic .com domain names are very valuable because they are in extremely short supply. Although there are hundreds of domain extensions available today, the average person still associates the internet with dot com.

That's an example of a 3.5x increase in value of that domain name which is not uncommon with domain names. Of course, if you can build a site and brand around a domain name, then it becomes a lot more valuable. Case in point: Google.com. Worthless domain until they turned it into one of the most recognizable brands in the world.

This guy makes spends countless hours as one of the best and most knowledgeable and of course highest ranking advantaged players (by his own admissions) but he is physically stressing and really worried beyond belief about someone else's website and their business endeavors. WTF? What ever happened to, if you don't like it and enjoy it, get the fuck off of it???Seriously, knows everything about everyone. LOL.

    • YOU AGAIN? I thought we had an understanding? Must I dredge up your past yet again?

    • Please show me where I have said that? If so I must have been drunk. Perhaps you have me confused with someone else like E175 or whomever.
    • I'm not foolish enough to think there's not lots of guys playing much bigger and better stuff. Look at what guys like Don Johnson and others have done. There's people highly skilled at table games AP's that have the money, knowledge and motivation to really make some insane money. I'm sure there's guys that have specific knowledge about some glitches making hundreds of thousands in a matter of weeks. There's people less knowledgeable making more doing more plays. There's people who are significantly smarter than me who are barely surviving "working" long days.
Perhaps it bothers you I don't have to make shit up(like some people we know), and multiple people including Lawyers, people I have worked with, friends, family, documents, pictures, accounts, casino personal, competitors etc etc can back up whatever I do say. I have forgotten more about AP than most of the people boasting.

Since I don't have kids, or a regular job and I work with some awesome smart people do a majority of the work load and stuff, I can spend more time than average on this silly forum crap. No I don't work as much as I used to, none the less I was at 5 different casinos today.
Don't you worry about me, excluding some disaster or something ill be just fine.

Sorry but gambling and scamming Forex and Binary Options have nothing in common. They lure you in just like betting system scammers do.

I was confident I could quickly find some BS so I "randomly" clicked a thread and this was the first post.

DILAN DO NOT JOIN THIS GROUP YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. I HAVE JUST LOST USD$5500.00 THROUGH FOLLOWING ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS BENWARD BRUCE SENT TO ME. I REPEAT YOU WILL THANK ME LATER DO NOT JOIN HIM

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sure SOME people might consider it like gambling, unfortunately it's just burning money at a 20% to 30% rate. They are willing to give you huge buy in bonus and pay affiliates 50% because it's such a scam. The guys youuse to buy BO's just hedge off and lock up money from you.

High rewards??? Flipping coins with a -20% to -30% = high rewards? LOL Lets look at this. "INVESTING" $1000 on a guess something will go up or down within a few minutes (flipping a coin). If you pick right you win approximately $700 if you lose you lose 1k.

Someone might conciser starting a business gambling, or buying gold or silver, or buying a house as a rental property, or buying sports card packs, or buying Art work, however that stuff probably won't get the scammers flocking to a site like this. It's no secret that 99% of stuff is a scam preying on weak people with promises(lies) you'll make money. Why not just add a pyramid scheme thread,MLM, thread, a Nigerian inheritance and dating thread?

It's hard for me to believe you guys don't know it's a scam. There's only a few reasons to promote or allow it on your site and it isn't because it's like gambling.

Yes, they do, as we will illustrate below.

As do land Casinos with their beautiful interiors, free alcoholic drinks, free night stays if you win too much, etc, and as do online Casinos with their free bonuses, attractive software, etc. The gambling industry is created in such a way to ensure the house always wins. There may be a minute proportion of gamblers that can beat the house, just like there may be a minute proportion of binary options and forex players that earn a profit. However, not everyone gambles or plays for profit. Some do it for the thrill because they enjoy it, and being a comprehensive gambling community, we cater to them as well.

He has received 2 warnings so far for attempting to link to his sites:
    bruce.PNG
Again, potential scammers won't be able to promote themselves here, and he hasn't attempted to promote himself since we issued those warnings and removed his links. Our system and rules are working as intended.

Whether they are using a fake picture or gender or location does not matter. If they haven't broken any rules, then we won't take action. They don't seem to have promoted anything yet and we don't have any rules against using fake info on your profile as we don't plan on running background checks on our members to verify their identities. They may be playing the long con to unlock the Signature and PM features, but if they misuse those, then we will take action and they will have wasted a lot of time for nothing. We've been running communities for a long time, so we've seen every trick in the book that scammers and spammers use to try to promote themselves. That being said, we give all our members the benefit of the doubt until they actually break our rules.

Our uncensored nature is working as intended by giving victims an opportunity to expose those who have scammed them. This is how an uncensored community self-corrects itself. Not through heavy-handed and biased moderation, but through the freedom of speech its members enjoy.

Online Casinos are no different and this is yet another similarity. Online Casinos offer similarly attractive bonuses to lure gamblers to play games where they will most likely lose money. If the house didn't have an edge, then casinos wouldn't exist. That doesn't make them immoral since they spell out their rules and odds upfront. The same with Forex and Binary Options, except that instead of the random nature of cards and wheels, the results are determined by the random results of markets.

It is high rewards if you win. Even using your example of winning 70% if you get it right, no one can argue that a 70% return in a matter of minutes is not high rewards. Of course, those high rewards come with high risk, just like with the casinos.

You keep arguing that scammers will flock here to take advantage of our uncensored nature even though we keep telling you that our rules won't allow scammers to promote themselves here. So let us ask you directly, considering our rules, how will a scammer prey on the weak here? Can you show us an example of where one of our members has been scammed as a result of something posted on our site? Please be specific with both answers.

You have a very loose definition of the word "scam". If the rules are clear upfront, then being EV- doesn't make something a scam, otherwise every casino is a scam and every forum that promotes casinos is promoting scams, including WoV. Let's take the specific case of the Forex companies that you and Boz keep referring to. If -- for example -- InstaForex were genuinely a scam by the legal definition of the word (not your opinion), would multi-billion dollar Football Clubs be partnering up with them just like they do with large online casinos? We don't think so. But even if they are scams or are unscrupulous in any way, our uncensored platform gives our members a chance to expose them while also giving those exposed a chance to explain themselves. That's how an uncensored community gets to the raw truth of matters.

So we don't consider Land Casinos, Online Casinos, Forex brokers, and Binary Options trading platforms to be scams as long as they are upfront about their rules and how they operate. Again, having a "house edge" does not make something a scam if they are upfront about it and our community is comprehensive and caters to all gamblers, including those that gamble for fun and not for profit.

So at what point does the "house edge," as you so generously call these very different "juices," become too much? Fifty percent? Ninety percent? Or are they all okay because this is an uncensored "community?" And eventually, after people have lost a bundle, someone will point out that they lost a bundle, so that solves everything and absolves the site of any responsibility?

How about if I, or an enterprising someone, posts a kickstarter campaign? The 1000th donator gets a big prize. The admin would be good with that as (1) it is "gambling, (2) nobody to that point has been scammed, (3) no links to any sites or sales.

Interesting. Food for thought, as they say.

So you admit they are scamming? There's really nothing else to say then.

As long as the establishment is transparent about what they are offering and what they charge and what the fees are, then the house edge could be "100%" and if folks decided to play there just to entertain themselves, then that would be fine in our book as everyone should have the freedom to entertain themselves however they choose as long as it doesn't impact anyone else.

To be clear, however, although we would obviously not condone it, we won't censor even things that aren't fine in our book as long as they respect our rules because making those judgement calls would betray our uncensored nature. Instead, we would hope our more experienced members would post a reply about why it's a scam, and then any future interested folks doing research about the scammer would find the thread in question and realize it is indeed a scam. Again, that's how free speech prevails. If we censor those threads exposing scammers, then those doing future research won't find out they are scammers and why. So we don't make determinations about what are and aren't scams. Our members do and our uncensored nature allows such scams to be fully exposed for the world to see, and our rules make it incredibly difficult for a scammer to actually scam someone.

Correct, as long as it respects our rules. If you would prefer a censored community, feel free to visit any other gambling forum. Just don't complain when they eventually censor something or someone that does not agree with the hivemind.

Even if we did censor here, how would we know something was a scam before someone was scammed and "lost a bundle"? This doesn't make any sense. The idea is that our uncensored platform would give the victim the opportunity to describe how they were scammed in detail to ensure no one else was scammed again.

You would not be able to promote your Kickstarter Campaign even if you did not link to it because, as our rules state, "you may not create threads or posts with the sole purpose of promoting a product or service". You would be only be allowed to post about it once in your Intro thread so our members understand what it is you do, but you could not make your Intro thread just about your Kickstarter Campaign and you would not be able to post about your Kickstarter Campaign again or anywhere else. Once you unlocked the Signature by meeting the strict criteria, you still would not be allowed to link to your Kickstarter Campaign since you are only allowed to link to a site you own and you do not own the Kickstarter website. To skirt the Signature violation, you could do the Campaign on your own website, which would obviously not come with the protection Kickstarter affords its members, but that means it also would not come with the credibility Kickstarter offers, so even then it would be difficult to scam someone. The point is, it's incredibly difficult -- although not impossible -- to scam someone on our site and that's by design because we've made it very difficult for members to promote or sell anything on this site as we did not want to attract members only interested in spamming their sites. You folks don't see it, but our automated spam filter has caught hundreds of spam posts before they were posted, which is why you never see them.

We are trying to understand what the specific problem is that you folks have with Forex and Binary Options. Is it that you folks consider the posts under "Company News" as them promoting their services and violating our rules? If that's the case, then state your case in the Feedback section and let's have a community discussion about it. Or do you folks feel that the "Company News" threads should be in their own "Company News" sub-forum? We do think there is a benefit to the community having a direct and open communication channel between establishments and members precisely so that if any issues with the establishments arise, members can talk to them directly, openly, and transparently in order to resolve those issues. If you folks feel we should be handling those types of threads differently, then please explain why and propose solutions in our Feedback forum.

No. You are the one making a blanket statement that Forex and Binary Options establishments are "scamming". Yes, some may very well be, just like some gambling establishments may be as well. But legitimate Gambling establishments have a lot in common with legitimate Forex and Binary Options establishments as we already illustrated in our previous post. If you disagree, that's you're right, but we still aren't going to remove our Forex and Binary Options Forums just like we aren't going to censor you or anyone else from posting there as long as you respect our rules.

Lastly, let us point out that you chose not to answer our question here:
We just don't see how our rules would entice scammers to flock to our site or allow them to easily scam our members.

Its the same questios asked in different ways using different "what if examples".

what is it about "uncensored" that you dont understand? What is it about the concept that the admin doesnt do investigative research on claims that you dont understand. What is it about the very simple rules that do exist that you dont understand.

If you want a board full of rules and a board with admins that make assumptions and makes unilatyeral decisions based on those assumptions...then this is not a good board for you.

iF you think something is a scam....just point it out as a good neighbor.
Thats what communities are all about....good neighbors looking out for others.

If someone is brain dead and ignores the red flags of people questioning the validity of a claim......then this is the wrong board for those folks as well.

Yes, some of the "women" screenames with a probable phoney picture attached is phoney, and O was skeptical from day-1 and posted that.

But the admin doesnt examine me to see if I have a penis......as I present myself as a male based on my screen name
So I wouldnt expect the admin to investigate if some of those "women" really have womens genitalia.

Its simple....there are not alot of rules here.....thats it,

you can ask over and over "but what if".....and come up with fantastic out of this world scenarios....but in the end just look at the fucking rules....and that will answer the questions

I agree 100%. The admins here are the most honest people on the net. And while some say they are hiding behind a fake proxy address based at a UPS Store in Sarasota Florida, please do not believe it. These guys are the real deal, don't mess with them. They are building the worlds best gambling site and are on top of the type of scams you are trying to pull. Just ask any Forex person trying to post here.

Bottom line is don't try to pull anything on us. And NO we do not accept payment via paypal to allow you to post here!

PS....Turbo Genius is a legitimate roulette expert who has broken casinos around the world. And he will not met you in a casino near you in the restroom to provide all his secrets for a small price!

Although I do not represent the owners here, I will say to you Mission, we don't want you coming here and posting! Please ignore evidence that shows us related to sites in Arab nations using the same Proxy address. And if you want us to remove negative information about you, please post it time and time again. And NO we do want you to do that to provide more hits when we sell the site to fund terrorist operations, that is just a rumor. We are based in the United States and we even offer an address at our office in Sarasota Florida where you can come and visit us at any time.

Please do not waste you time finding out who Freddy was at WOV. And no he does not claim to still be a member here.

But if you are looking to improve your financial situation, we offer a forum where the world foremost gambling minds come to share information.

Other than that young asshole Mickey Crimm, who knows nothing about AP, there is money to be made on Forex and Roulette. Please follow the advice given and you can be rich almost overnight. While we get nothing from them for allowing them to post here, we like to see people improve their lives off this forum.
