I'm guessing a "Sports Book" is another name for a betting on any sports such as Football, Rugby, Fights. Same as what we refer to as a betting shop (William Hill, Ladbrokes), or a 'TAB'...

I'm guessing it was Mission146/Pavlov146 who banned you, Blackhole. Beached whale most likely out him up to it. Maybe she promised him something. You and several others have outed Buzzard/FDEAD and made the mods squirm as they try to find a way to extricate themselves from the hole they have dug. They are desperately trying to find a way to save face as they continue to defy Zuga.

A little history that bears repeating for any newcomers. Zuga banned Buzzard on Nov 15, 2014. The mods, especially Beached whale, were up in arms. They allowed Buzzard to keep posting under more than 100 different names...making Zuga look like a weak moron. Zuga is one of three owners on WOV and their direct boss but the mods continue to defy him.

On May 15, 2015 some idiot over there started a thread and poll: "We Should Allow Buzzard Back". The results were 40-13 against Buzzard. In that thread Zuga said the following: "Just to chime in and respond to the OP and the poll, Buzz will not be allowed back and that is all I have to say about that." Poor, poor Zuga. Poor disillusioned Zuga Still thinks he matters.

The thing is, Blackhole, manboy has Forum Rule 17. It supersedes everything. Its their right and there is nothing you can do. I actually agree with it. What I don't agree with is the uneven enforcement...the use of it as a gotcha, the claim by those liars that it is used sparingly and the absolute incompetence of the mods. Well, you get what you pay for.

What I was saying over there is exactly the truth. I also can’t help but trust my gut feeling that Michael S. was nearing his last dollar and had no choice but to sell something. Good for him and more for his family the new owners saw value in his sites and his reputation.

What I saw in Michael S. in my readings was a guy with his life dedicated to gambling for the most part, and was nearing the devastation stage where 99% of compulsive gamblers usually end up when they don’t make enough money. I know all about the nice house, private schools, wife working, etc. etc., but no one really knows what true debt he may have been in, including me.

He self-proclaims he sucked at AP’ing. As much as we read about some great advantage plays that came and went, (and I’m sure there are more to be exposed) I still have a hard time believing that there are that many plays available to satisfy all the claims being made of great financial success and futures from gambling we read about. If there is such a gambling career out there for the taking, with today’s technology it can’t possibly survive much longer.

I’ve been around wild gamblers my whole life and you need to make tons of money to be able to keep taking that thrilling gambling drug and being treated like royalty while on it. I knew plenty guys losing 100 / 200K a year gambling, but they made 750K + a year.

Everyone must admit the WOO and the WOV today and its content is nothing compared to what it once was. These sites today when you visit them look like Casinomeister sites.

Back in the day I even played online poker up until the UIGEA then the poker site scandals / DOJ invasions. Yet, offshore online gambling is still a billion-dollar industry in the USA.

I agree with what blackhole said in general. The new owners are just into getting gamblers to gamble online and in the process making money. But thats obvious...at least to me.

So all backhole did was tell the truth. He stood up at the timeshare dinner and exposed the "dinner givers" as just wanting to make alot of money while selling a faulty product.

this is the first nuking where the reason was an attack of the core of the business. All the other nukings were of the "how dare you say that" type.....or with just a couple of exceptions the crossing the line of a posted "rule"

When you criticized their very raison d'etre you sealed your fate.
