I'm not saying that anything rubs off, I'm saying that there are, in fact, certain people that an employee or owner of an establishment might never care if he sees again. With respect to the hotel I managed, the owner and myself felt the same way there, every guest of the hotel paid money but there are those in which, if they had complained about anything, we would simply stay that they do not need to feel compelled to stay there anymore. There are, in fact, 'Good customers,' and, 'Bad customers,' in any industry, and some bad customers are such that, if you perceive them as getting any worse, you suggest that they can hit the bricks if they don't like something. I'm not suggesting that my opinion of people has always been directly in line with Wizard in this regard, and we would need to go into specific cases in order for me to identify any disagreements, but I'm saying it is a fact of the matter.

Some guests of the hotel were true pains in the ass, and in many cases, doing things the hotel would prefer not being associated with. That said, we'd still accept their money...but if they got any worse, we might tell them about not letting the door hitting them, or outright Trespass them from the property.

With respect to the truce, KewlJ as much as has admitted that he both agreed to it and violated it. With respect to non-payment of the bet, my position was that there is nothing in the Rules that would result in such being a violation. However, I was not consulted amongst the Administrators who agreed to the Ban for that reason. I have already said, publicly, I would not Nuke someone for that unless it was in the Rules in advance.

I'm neither going to answer for Wizard or attempt to. I am here to engage in discussions to defend my own actions, though I admit that it is sometimes difficult to point to something I have done or someone else had done, so I will only correct certain things to state that I had nothing to do with one thing or another.

Finally, I am also here to post. I've actually posted in a few threads, already. There are people who have questions and it seems that I can also help with answering them in the event I have the information, so I think I will come here with some regularity.

I do not know what MickeyCrimm did or did not call you on this Board. Contrary to the belief of at least one Member, I did not give any threads on this Board any meaningful reading until today. I also do not know that MC is an actual racist, but I do know that he has made racist comments, and that is what ultimately got him Banned from WoV. I mostly deleted posts that were extremely profane and could be construed as insulting to women, but not necessarily racist. Maybe they were. I don't know, I skimmed them and deleted them.

Further, I did not attempt to keep him around for my personal enjoyment. I could get his E-Mail address (and I believe he would give it to me) if I personally just wanted to hear his tales, I kept him around because he provided a ton of useful information and experience with respect to the Empirical analysis of Slot and Keno games. The guy is a wealth of information! And, yes, I did enjoy his posts, but that is not why I, 'Kept him around.'

Finally, there was an obvious difference in both the message and content of one post v. another. Theoretically, he could have been posting just to see what he could get away with, but that was not my conclusion.

Do you know what I want? I want everyone to conduct themselves with civility and decorum and everything will be fine. You could have unmoderated Forums if that happened, even WoV could be one, the problem is that doesn't always happen. As a result, you draw a line and identify two sides of that line, but sometimes you are wrong and something you thought was on one side ended up being on the other.

For my part, yes, I wanted to believe MC was drunk when I deleted those posts and I did, in fact, believe it. But, then, it has always been my tendency to give the benefit of the doubt.

I cannot speak for you, but I have not always made the right decisions in my life nor have I been as good to people as I could have. I have made mistakes that have affected myself and others, and I have also done good things, but I still tend to have a soft spot for people who make mistakes.

First of all....what damage control are you speaking of? Shackleford has clearly demonstrated he cares not one iota what is said in this thread. Not by me, not by you, not by LarryS. Things are actually pretty quiet over at WoV concerning what is being said here. No KewlJ threads, no discussions of the suspension list thread. There is a "who is LarryS" thread, but it is getting little traffic. If he really had the need to do damage control, which he doesn't, he would have done so during those times that some of the membership was actually questioning him.

Secondly, I don't think papa Wiz is even around. He logged on at WoV, one time in the last 12 days, last Friday for a few minutes. Maybe he is unicycling up the side of some volcano, or maybe he is away tending to a nervous breakdown. Who knows where he is....who cares. I am just saying I don't think your premise has anything to it.

I think Mission is a decent guy. If you have an issue with anything about him or his actions, why didn't you speak up and discuss it. Or discuss it now....he said he would be around periodically. I am for more voices being heard. Lets expand the discussion and not just be the same half dozen folks sitting around bitching all the time.

There has been a certain amount of pushback on that site. Its not hard to see. Yes myself, and BB1 and B9 would make cogent comments that would annoy folks. But since when does being annoyed entitle you on a message board to punish someone. So now the members have dwindled,,,at least the active ones that would visit daily. To add to that, KJ gets nuked for no reason....and the folks that kept quiet while me, B9 AND bb1 were active,,,,all of a sudden now opens their eyes.

the thing is that KJ and Mission could have continued to talk behind the scenes. And Mission could have been his advocate without coming here and giving long anwsers to my questions.

By coming here, Mission allows me to re-hash alot of what has been said over 90 pages. I cant see anyone over there actually wanting that to happen. What I'm concerned about is what you said in private emails, it was very creepy and unstable sounding (And even you know that) I don't care what your reason was, or what the Wizard said or did. If when I first came on and I suddenly started bashing WOV CO I highly suspect there would have been a warm welcome and massive support. I just would have just needed to "confess" the errors of my ways.
