KJ claims to see the homeless guys I hang out with at Peppermill. So he must know what I look like. And yet won't face me.

Peppermill casino does a great job of weeding put non betters and trouble makers. I'd love to take KJ to each tables of regulars and tell them he says they are homeless.

He has paperwork to prove I was at his place. But refuses to produce it.

So all this, yet he claims he didn't rat me out. But says he could.

He is worried about showing his game, yet is backed of 40 times a year and is always welcomed back.

 

The UNKewl one has to begin end or include in nearly every post something about his being "a professional blackjack player" or "professional card counter" or some such. Why? Does a self anointed moniker make a whit of difference when all that matters are results?

MDawg has posted actual logged-in video of three years of casino player card WIN statements to verify that he's won consistently, which is why he doesn't need to claim be a professional anything. The results speak for themselves, and in any case, MDawg plays for fun - he's just as likely to toss his winnings into a safe deposit box or deposit winning checks into the bank and forget about them than to care what or how much he has won.

It does make sense though that the UNKewl one, insecure in everything about himself, needs to put a crown on himself as he tries desperately to present himself as the unadmitted arbiter of the Blackjack set.

Actually though, one of the most telling admissions UNKewl made was a truthful one:

Blackjack is an investment of both time and money. Now that I can no longer play because of KJ. I realize all the extra time I have on my hands. Not so much from playing, but the constant search for good games.

Good new is the investments that don't require much of my time are doing great.

 

I shouldn't respond to you lying bozos, but I will just to clear the record.

1.) Moses says I am backed off 40 times a year and am welcome back to play. That is ridiculous and an intentional lie. Maybe I have been backed of 40 times during my 12 years in Las Vegas. I averaged 5-7 my first few years in Las Vegas while I was learning what is and isn't tolerated. It is 2-3 backoffs a year now. Last year was 1 or 2. 1 solid backoff in Reno (out of town for me) and 1 backoff where as soon as I sat down a pit guy came over and said, "sorry, not today". Who knows what that was about. Maybe some AP's had just burned him or the casino. Maybe he was just having a bad day unrelated. I showed up a couple weeks later and played on his shift and he said nothing. ALL back offs are temporary.

The simple fact is I am welcome to play, because I don't experience many backoffs. I understand what is and isn't tolerated or in the accepted range.

2.) Mdawg, you don't call yourself a professional player because you ARE NOT a professional player. You are simply a wealthy guy that likes to games. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. You like to share the winning times and not the losing.

There is a difference between a recreational player, even a recreational advantage player who wins and a professional player. That is why I make that distinction. A recreational or part-time player that goes on a bad run, can just take some time off, regroup, re-build a bankroll if he had to and it doesn't affect his life or income. A professional player can't do that. We take time off, that is reduced EV which equates to reduced income. It is just a whole different mind set and pressure to be a professional player. Something a non-professional player simply can't understand.

3.) Flash. I hate to talk about Flash, because last I heard he was in very poor health and is probably no longer with us. But Flash's time on the message boards he was very misleading. Flash had a career as a doctor teaching at a college or university. In his 50's he retired early, and began playing blackjack, while his wife still worked and earned a living. So regardless of what he made at blackjack is that really a professional player? Someone living off their blackjack earnings? Or is that a retired guy with retirement income and a working wife, who plays part-time or supplements his income?

The other thing he did, was call himself not only a professional player, but a 20 year professional player. Now it turns out late in his time of posting at the blackjack forum, flash revealed that of his blackjack earnings for those 20 years, he had one huge year that he (maybe as part of a team) were hole-carding and he made $325k or something like that and the rest of the years counting cards he averaged like $16,000 a year. Again, is that a professional player, or someone retired supplementing his income while really paying his bills from other income (retirement and wifes salary).

So that is or was the issue with Flash.

Look maybe that is the way it works in Reno. My last trip and resulting backoff proves maybe I have work to do in understanding Reno and how things work.

But this surrounding thing and back-rooming and rough backoffs are not the way Las Vegas works any more, at least in my time here (modern times). We have Bob Nersesian to thank for a lot of that.

I have been "surrounded" exactly once and that was before I even moved here so it was probably 14 years ago. Like I said things have changed from that. Almost all of my backoffs are usually 1 pit guy, politely saying I can't play blackjack. Maybe a small handful there was a security guy that had circled around behind me for back up, but absolutely no surrounding trying to backroom or anything like that. That is the way old movies portraying the 90's or 2000 (Laurence Fishburn in the movie '21', or the television show Las Vegas with James Cann), but it is not how Las Vegas 2021 works or has worked for a decade now.

AND an experienced player can spot these kind of situations before they happen. You can see heat coming. It is like a pot of water that starts to boil. It just doesn't boil instantaneously. It takes a few minutes.

 

I hadn't been backed off since 2014. Then twice in one day, thanks to you, recently.

One lady was so nice about it I almost ask her for her number.

Those boys mean biz. When they say no Mas they mean it. I'm not sure how many it was going to take to kick my ass. But it was clear they had more than enough. Never went back after that.

If you got backed off and/or wore out your welcome that is because of you. This eventually happens at all smaller type places like Reno. It is what ended my run in Atlantic City. But just stop with the bullshit that I had anything to do with it.

The thing about the UNKewl one is that he plays (his meager green chips) under the radar, so he will never be able to prove any play, or wins. He simply expects us to take the word of an inveterate "UNKewl one who cried wolf" liar who faked his own death, appears regularly as a sock on multiple forums, and by his own admission ended last year in the red and gave up.
Unlike MDawg who has posted actual logged in video of his year end player card accounts WINs for three years running now - all WINS.

But where the UNKewl one verges into the absurd, is that all the while claiming that he plays unrated he spends pages posting
